I purchased a '23 CR-V and wanted a professional ceramic coating for my first new car. I found OAD on Google and called. Ryan was very knowledgeable and polite. After the car arrived, Ryan made the process simple and timely with a home service. He was prompt to the appointment and performed excellent work. He took the time to answer any question I had and thoroughly explained the product and maintenance. I also purchased a maintenance kit from him. When it arrived he delivered it in person and at the exact time he mentioned just like our previous appointment. I highly recommend Optimum Auto Detailing!Services: Full body wash

What I received was not a detail, it was a very light cleaning. I have gone through automatic car washes that clean better. Dead bug remnants still on the windshield, streaks on the windows, upholstery barely cleaned. I know from experience now that I can get a much better detail at other places for the same money. I admit I was attracted to the convenience of getting a detail done in my own driveway. Oh well lesson learned, never again.

I reached out to Ryan and less than 30 minutes he was calling back. Since the first conversation over the phone I knew he was the professional I would trust my vehicle. He applied a 5 year acrylic coat to my BMW 8. The vehicle looks so much better now. The black paint shines and highlights from the distance. I’m extremely happy.

We were extremely pleased with the detailing job completed for a filthy company vehicle that a terminated employee turned in. Optimum took care of a full interior and exterior wash/detail including pet hair removal and ozone for cigarette odor. The car came back looking and smelling BRAND NEW. Had my 2018 Mercedes GLE43 paint corrected and ceramic coated. Ryan did an absolutely fabulous job! I bought the car sight unseen from out of state with a Lemon Squad inspection and they failed to disclose how poor the paint work was. There were dozens of ugly surface scratches from automatic car washes that I thought were permanent. They were not! Ryan massaged them out with his detailing magic and now the car looks good as new. The ceramic went on after that and now its a glistening black beauty, I couldn't be happier.Service: Auto detailing

Ryan was great. Came to our house on a Saturday morning, washed, performed a claybar service, waxed the car and completely cleaned the interior. He was on time, professional, and fair priced.
