Very happy customer. Had to get a fuel pump replaced. Headlights also went out the day I was dropping the car off. They fixed both issues in the same day!

Honda CRV’s ac was blowing warm on driver’s side and cold on passenger side. Took to J&S on Pontiac last year and they installed a new blend door. Car still blew warm. They then told me it needed a total repair and quoted 4K! I said no way and drove it as is for the rest of the summer. A friend recommended Park Ave Auto so I decided to get a second opinion from them. Chris was honest and straightforward and said he would have his technician do an assessment.Long story short, they replaced the expansion valve for $588 and the ac is working like brand new! Can’t recommend them enough! Excellent customer service and they were wonderful communicating all through the process.

Dropped my car off at Park Ave Auto Service, wasn't sure exactly what was wrong with it, tried explaining the noise I was hearing(thought it was the brakes) they put the car on the lift, said it wasn't the brakes and couldn't find anything wrong with it. When it was ready to be picked up he said it was safe to drive and if noise got worse to bring it back in. Definitely appreciate their honesty, they could have just said it was anything to make a buck. I will definitely be returning to them in the for any mechanical needs. It's nice to have a trustworthy mechanic.

Great and honest work. I had a transmission service done and asked them to look at my brakes since another shop told me I needed new pads/rotors at 40k miles on my car. Here they confirmed that was not the case.
I'll be bringing my car back and letting my friends and family know.

Asked for quote and was rude on phone. After a 3rd call I was waiting for a quote and when to bring my ride on?
They never called back . Good luck with them.I'll never Ask for there service.

I'm so impressed I was talking to my husband the other day saying their is no more customer service anymore, just about everywhere you go the customer has to do the work. So I called and talked to Chris to get my car inspected and said I have a problem I need a ride home, he replies I'll bring you and pick you up. That speaks volumes to me!!! That is customer service. I'm a customer for life. Thank you to all the employees. Had to ad a little more my inspection was done in a very timely manner

I came here on the recommendation of a friend who specifically said it was their honesty and trustworthiness in addition to their excellent service that made them his first choice for an auto shop. As a woman, I find it very difficult to find a mechanic or auto shop that does not try to take advantage of me or is deceptive with me, so the honesty was something that meant a lot to me. I went to have my brakes looked at and serviced and not only was the service fast and very well done, but the people here were respectful and transparent with me. They noticed a problem with my tires and mentioned it to me and gave me the exact reason for their concern while also listening to my concerns about what I could afford at the time. They did not try to upsell me, just explained the problem and made a recommendation that addressed the concerns while also keeping aligned with my limitations. They did not patronize me either, which is something I’ve experienced far too often when trying to get my car serviced. Another very important point is the transparency with pricing. They were upfront with the costs and checked the price was ok before doing anything. Furthermore, I had done a good amount of research on pricing for brake services for my type of car and they were the most affordable option I found (just under $700 for all 4 brake pads and rotors for a Ford CMax). I will be recommending Park Ave to all of my friends, but especially the women in my life. It is so hard to find a transparent and trustworthy mechanic, but Park Ave exceeds all expectations.

After reading reviews on this place I decided to take my car there and I am so happy that I did. This shop will be my to go to definately. The staff were all so nice and very helpful. They had my car done in no time. Very fair prices. Will def be back and will also tell others
