I came in for a mani pedi. First thing I asked was if they could do the design. They confirmed that yes there was no problem they could do it. At the end I walked out with this and paid $115. I wouldn’t have minded changing my design if they couldn’t do it but the fact that they said they could and I walked out with my nails like this is just disgraceful.

probably just stay away. we were told they had time for us as walk ins, I came with a friend who waited an hour with her feet in cold water, my tech rushed through my pedi and burned me with the file, was too aggressive with pushing my cuticles, and barely massaged the lotion into my skin. after waiting an hour my friend tried to tell them she didn’t have time for her pedi at that point and got pressured into going through with it anyway. she told them she didn’t have time for color and they asked probably 3 more times if she was sure. rushed through the pedi then used cuticle oil on her legs not lotion. proceeded to charge her full price too! 2 stars because they were nice just pushy and rushed. would have rather been told from the get go that they just didn’t have time to take us both together and have been able to go somewhere else not waste our time.

I love this place all the employees are very very nice and the environment is very quiet and they all treat everyone that comes in like family I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They all do nails absolutely beautiful to what you want.

Unfortunately a horrible experience! Had an appointment at 5pm. Finally had to say something at 525pm when they were taking walk ins. It’s literally 4 hours later and 4 nails have fallen off (my real nails are underneath! Place was also not clean. Not just upset, but now I have to go to get my nails fixedService: Acrylic nails
