Favorite store but corporation reward system changed and we lost a $10 reward and customer service would not help. Store said happened to a lot of people.

I don’t usually post reviews however I am still quite upset over my experience at this store.
Ive never been treated so unkindly by staff before and I am very quiet person.
Very rude and unfriendly employees. walked into zero greeting from any employees… which is fine but just to paint a picture of the atmosphere for the rest of the trip.. I smiled at two employees who were stocking shelves and got dirty looks in return.
Then my kids went over to the fish (I was walking right behind them) and the employee named “Zack” with green hair and facial piercings very rudely snapped at my 2 yr old for touching the glass to the fish tank.
I NEVER let them tap the glass and I was about to tell her not to.
I said “I’ve got it” to him and he mumbled something… then told me to stop letting my daughter “slap the glass”. She did NOT slap the glass I was watching she tapped it and stopped after the first time she was told to? I also WAS about to tell her to stop before he rudely beat me to it.
I said why is everyone here so rude and unfriendly? He went on to say how tapping on the glass stresses the fish out and is not allowed. Ummm obviously I know that and I was literally about to grab her!!
He was extremely rude and combative. I asked his name and he begrudgingly gave it to me after saying something to the effect of “ what’s up” with a condescending tone.
I had another employee (who was very pleasant) and was working at the cashier get the manager. The manager apologized but denied that any of the employees were unfriendly. Ok then! I put my things down and will not be patronizing this store in the future. Very upsetting experience

Lee is a five star employee. A wonderful help to my granddaughter lyla as she just got a new kitten. Very knowledgeable and sweet. Thank you Lee.

I have 2 Persian cats Molly & Emma I bring them to be groomed by Susan, not only does she do a fabulous job She is very aware that the cats get very stressed being away from home. Susan goes above and beyond to take them immediately for their appointed time and gets them home as quickly as possible.

Kind of an older, beat-down store. Have been shopping here for years now, and when they can be found... staff are moody, unfriendly, and not very helpful.

Every single time I go here the cashier is completely inept. No matter which person it is it always seems like its their first day and they're on their own with no training. Not worth the hassle.
