Prime Storage offers clean, secure, and affordable self storage units. The location has seen recent, much-needed improvements with a new manager who is phenomenal, amazing, and an awesome addition. Staff are described as friendly, welcoming, sweet, patient, professional, and efficient. They are very informative and helpful, providing great customer service with a positive attitude. Employees actively resolve issues and ensure everything is fast for customers. The building itself is nice and well-maintained, with managers who visibly care by cleaning the facility. Customers report they will tell people to come here.

I utilized their storage for about 3 years. Started off clean and great as it was a new building but has recently started to go downhill as the mice population been increasing in the building. When I cleaned out my unit I noticed many mice droppings in my unit.
