Staff are described as friendly, welcoming, sweet, patient, professional, and efficient. They are very informative and helpful, providing great customer service with a positive attitude. Employees actively resolve issues and ensure everything is fast for customers. The building itself is nice and well-maintained, with managers who visibly care by cleaning the facility. Customers report they will tell people to come here.

Amaris, the General Manager at Prime Storage, was amazing! She was very personable and walked me through everything, explaining the entire process thoroughly. Since this was my first time renting a storage unit, she made the experience so easy, pleasant, and quick. Excellent customer service and definitely 5-star service!

First off I want to really acknowledge General Manager Amaris at this location for really making a difference to make this storage facility great.
