Purchased a new watch and brought it in to have a few links removed. Scott was friendly, knowledgeable, and meticulous in ensuring my watch fit me comfortably. When I need to purchase a new accessory in the future, I will be sure to come back and seek Scott’s expertise once again.

They close before 3 I arrived with other customers behind me but was told by security they are closed definitely bad for business to not only turn people away but not stay open till your stated hours on a saturday!

I have been shopping at PD for 25 years. Lisa is their GEM. She has always provided me with exceptional service. When I am shopping for a special gift or a gift for myself she offers helpful suggestions. Her friendly manner makes her a joy to shop with and her knowledge of everything PD is truly amazing.

Can’t say enough good things about Tien and Providence Diamond for their level of customer service. A 5 star review that’s long overdue. I’ve been to probably a hundred Rolex AD’s throughout the world over the years and none have been as welcoming and helpful. It took some time but I was finally able to secure my first Rolex back in September. A GMT was always one of my top choices. This was the only AD that told me they would make it happen kept their promise. Have since referred multiple friends and constantly have people asking me where I got it. Thanks again Tien and the team.

Beautiful, family-owned boutique with highly knowledgeable and very friendly, approachable friendly staff. Joe B is the resident Rolex expert. Very glad I visited them and will be back again in the near future. Highly recommend this boutique.

Purchased a David Yurman ring and bracelet on 4/19/25, my wife wore on Easter Day only and decided she wanted to exchange for another ring. I was advised over the phone that it was no issue to return it or exchange. I went back to the store on 4/23/25 to exchange and was advised that it could not be returned or resold due to scratches. The staff was very polite, however I am unable to see any signs of scratches or wear. She advised that I could see under a magnifying glass, which barely anything is visible. Feel manipulated and if there is a no return policy then just say so. Won’t be back

Attempted to buy a watch, it was supposed to be in 2- 3 weeks so I paid in full. Called to check in on it after 3 weeks and was told they would call. Stopped in a couple weeks after that and told it’s backordered(never got a call). Called the store back the next day and canceled the order, instead of refunding my card was charged again!
Called in today to tell them they double charged… “no we didn’t push a charge back if your not happy”
Not exactly the way to start a relationship, especially when we had been added to waitlist for a watch for my wife.

Just left Providence Diamond, interested in purchasing a Rolex. Warmly welcomed by a staff member and met Alix in the Rolex studio. Excellent interaction, I had already done my homework so I didn’t have a lot of questions. She certainly knew her stuff and I doubt I could’ve stumped her. A cup of cappuccino and a chocolate and a demonstration of the different sizes of the watches and I was a happy man.

Hands down the most RIP OFF of jewelry store/appraisers in all of Rhode Island. I was offered chump change on a gold and diamond bangle that I own, I know for a fact that it's worth A LOT more than what they were trying to rob me for. You will be better off going to your nearest pawn shop and make out much better. They make Rick from the show pawn stars look like a good and honest dealer LMAO. STAY AWAY.

I recently had purchased a David Yurman ring that has a stone, within 3 weeks of receiving it the stone already loosened. I went in the store to get it repaired and was told by an associate that I could exchange for store credit if I wanted to. I went back the next day and an another associate said completely different. When speaking to the store manager and a few of the store associates I was treated very poorly and received various sarcastic and rude responses. For example, I had told an associate that the stone loosened and she accused me of banging the ring, which I did not at this point I had only had the ring for couple days shy of three weeks. Needless to say the staff was very rude and un helpful.

I have nothing but great things to say about Providence Diamond. My fiancé and I decided to check out PD after receiving bad customer service and a below-par custom engagement ring from another jewelry store. Providence Diamond helped us to find the ring of my dreams and the experience was nothing short of perfect.
Both Ken and Anthony were extremely helpful. They answered all of our questions and truly made us feel taken care of.
We will be buying all of our jewelry in the future from Providence Diamond. Definitely recommend!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Providence Diamond. We started shopping there in November of 2023 where we were looking to get my wife her first Rolex and me a second. My wife found some jewelry she absolutely loved and all the staff was incredibly friendly. We had never had an experience like this before when shopping for jewelry/watches. We knew there would be a wait for both of us due to high demand, but we were prepared for that. All of our communication with Alix was great, we dropped by every 3 or 4 weeks to check in with her to see how things were progressing. We stopped in a few weeks ago as I wanted to also check on the status of my watch service when she said she had some good news for us. She presented my wife with a beautiful Datejust and said it was hers if she wanted it. Of course she took it!
I can't say enough about everyone here. The professionalism and the way they treat customers is unparalleled. I'm looking forward to doing business with them for years to come.

I am in the market for my first Rolex and went into Providence Diamond to enquire about purchasing. Alix was very professional and answered all my questions. I never felt like I was being rushed and was shown numerous watches. I fully understand that it will take time to get the watch in but look forward to doing business with Providence Diamond in the near future.
