I’m only leaving 4 Stars because I don’t wanna make the workers feel bad. They are both very nice and very helpful. Kim and Lynn are lovely but this location is a disaster. How can you have two carts in a location this big?!!! Everyone brings their own carts and there’s only two available have to sign them in and out from the building. This is not cohesive with other public locations. My other storage unit has eight cards available to anyone at any time honestly, I should be leaving two or three stars because the owners of this facility are slacking on us. I do not appreciate the lack of care put into this project. It’s genuinely crazy and driving me crazy I keep on lending my cards to other people because I don’t want others to suffer get more carts please thank you very much. I’m trying to be polite, but this is nuts.

Removed their complimentary carts. Locked the bathrooms and there is never anyone in the office to request the key. Don't be late on ur payment cuz they take forever to reinstate ur codes.

Lynne and the new guy Josh helped me get a new unit and helped me to organize my items in it. I could not have done as well by myself. Great job by them!

Employies hanging up on customers. One employee named Kim is rude, bad attitude, and an extremely unprofessionable where her coworkers even said she's unpleasant. To many complaints I've heard about her. Why she still has a job there is still a mystery to where both customers and her coworkers have bad exp. dealing with her. I don't recommend putting your stuff at public storage
I DON'T RECOMMEND GOING HERE LYNN AND KIM ARE BOTH DISRESPECTFUL, HAVE ATTITUDES, AND TALK BEHIND THE CUSTOMERS BACKS WHILE ON THE PHONE WITH THEM! THEY HAVE NO PEOPLE SKILLS ONCE SO EVER AND JUST DON'T GIVE A DAMN! HONESTLY THESE TWO NEED TO GET FIRED

Just wanted to share how helpful Lynn at the Park Ave Cranston location was today in answering a few questions I had about closing my unit. Very friendly & pleasant, which was very refreshing.

Will never do business with this company/ location ever again! WARNING FOR A LONG POST AHEAD…I am frequent auction buyer, so I deal with public storage ALOT! I won a unit at this location just a couple days ago and and dealt with the rudest manager, Kim! Super unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills. I won a unit on a Friday and had 48 hours to have it cleared out. I got call from Kim saying I couldn’t go there Friday to pay for the unit, that I had to wait until Saturday the next day and that I had to be there between 10-12pm. She told me I would have until Monday to clean the unit out. Showed up the next day at 10am and no one was in the office until 11am. Did my paperwork and told me I only had until Sunday 9pm to clear out the unit. I looked at her and said you told me over the phone that I would have till And she proceeded to tell me no I never said that when her coworker looked at her and said yes you did, You told her she Had until Monday. She really proceeded to say that she never said that. I said to her that it wasn’t my fault that you wouldn’t allow me to come Pay for the unit that would have given me the 48 hours to clear it out And that if I could please get a little extra time and she told me no. I left the office upset and proceeded To head to the storage unit. I was reading my paperwork and she, in fact wrote down That I had until Monday. I Receive a phone Call Sunday morning, asking if I had cleared out the unit yet A couch and a bag in it. I said to her that I still had until 9 PM like you said in the office. I also mentioned to her about how she originally told me I had until Monday to clear it out In the office, she told me I only had until 9 PM Sunday when she did write on the paper That I did have until Monday. She rudely said to me that she would give me until Morning to have it cleared out, followed with “ When I come into work at 9:30 AM, I expect to see that unit cleared out” Talking to me like I’m a child. I will never ever ever do business with Public Storage again. They have lost a frequent customer because or YOUR manager KIM!

Lynn, Kim are the absolute best. Everytime I come in it's like being with family. They are extremely helpful and great everyone with respect and humanity!

Do not rent a unit here. Facility is not climate controlled. Rodent droppings everywhere. Overheard a woman say her unit flooded.The manager Kim lacks basic customer standard skills and is rude.
Unit lock was replaced by public storage and facility took no ownership to resolve the issue. When Kim was called she stated it was her day off and wasn't going to do anything about it. Stay far far away!!
