Erin is the nicest person. She spent so much time with me to help me find a comfortable bra. More than an hour. She is the best and fun too. I will definitely call this my new favorite store for women.

I had another wonderful experience at Ruth’s corsetry. Erin was my salesperson and she was FABULOUS. She was patient and caring. I must have tried on over a dozen bras and she wanted to be sure I was happy and that my bras fit perfectly! She really knows her stuff. I would highly recommend Ruth’s and Erin!!

Went today and was looking around one women told me there is no shopping so I went by the door an sat in a chair.then when it was my turn the women put me in uncomfortable bras every .told be I was overweight .I will never be back so I was so upset

I had a bra fitting with Karen in early April. She was very knowledgeable, fun and the time spent was not awkward at all as some bra fittings can be. I bought the only bra I selected they had in my size and ordered three more. When I checked out I asked how long it would take to get them and I was told 7-10 days and would be called if it would be longer. Great! Well, no call after 2 weeks and I'm not chasing after the bras. I feel I'm now free to get them elsewhere now. A month later I got a call from Katherine or Katheen saying my two (not three?) bras are in. I explained what I was told and I had bought bras directly from the company and had them in 5 days. She basically shamed me for not waiting saying if customers did this they couldn't stay in business. As a customer, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. This employee has no clue as to the impact basic customer service has. What I didn't tell her is I also bought several from another company at a much lower price even with the shipping because I didn't want a longer lecture from her. I would consider returning for a fitting if there is a need and buy one bra, not place an order....and work with Karen. I don't know if I will or not because of that phone call, time will tell.

Thank you to everyone reviewing this place on Yelp. I left this shop feeling incredibly insecure and unattractive, and after reading these reviews I realize it's not me, it's the people there (or at least the sales attendant I had.). I felt very pushed into buying something so I found a bra, and then was directed to a panty that matched. When I asked if they had my size, the attendant looked me up and down, and told me I was a size larger. I told her, no, I have been buying the size I am for quite sometime and they fit perfect. I decided to select a bra without a matching panty and just get out of there as soon as I could. But, she then told me that bra had a matching panty and handed it to me in the size she had told me I was. I asked if she had it in my actual size, and she rolled her eyes, looked me up and down, and told me I'm definitely the size she selected (in front of my husband mind you - who she was also rude to). I was in tears after I left the store. In short, a lingerie store should make women feel sexy, confident, and empowered - not belittled and insecure. Please beware of this place, and know that no matter what size you are or how you feel about yourself today or any day: you are beautiful and deserve to feel sexy and respected.

I have been a customer of ruth's for many years. I am shocked that they have scam going on they have blue cross insurance contract to except payment for mastectomy bras the staff have you sign a paper she tells you it's to bill blue cross but actually it is Not. The paper if read whole thing is actually so even tho blue cross insurance paid them you still owe well over price. outrageous.
