I saw Daryl and she was amazing, very educated and experienced. You can tell she loves what she does and has been doing it a long time. The salon over all was very modern and clean, seemed to be a good time for everyone. This is definitely my new go-to salon.

Gail has been doing my mom's hair for years! She's kind courteous friendly and professional she goes above and beyond her skills..very accommodating woman..always brings a smile to everyone especially mom..makes her feel like a new woman! Love Roots and especially Lydia. Very nervous about going to a new salon but she made me feel comfortable and relaxed and I was more than happy she was able to cut my hair n the style I wanted. Will certainly go back
Requested style: Returned to Roots after I let my hair get too long and gray. Lydia worked miracles and gave me just what I wanted. Walked out of salon looking and feeling like 20 years younger. So happy!
Hair type: I Am 86 yrs old and my hair is very fine and thinning out

Jason has been doing my hair for over 10 years and is absolutely amazing! Even when I lived 4 hours away, I would make the trip for him. He will always be honest and tell you if your vision is not a good idea. Jason is also funny and great company, which is a necessity when stuck in a chair for 2+ hours. He is very accommodating and dedicated to his job. I will forever be Jason’s client and cannot recommend him enough!

I have been going to Roots for 3 years. Danielle Nelson has always done a fabulous job foiling and cutting my hair. Always very attentive and conscientious giving the look and easy to maintain style I like. Love her. A few weeks ago something came to light that compelled me to write a review. We had a storm, and my appointment had to be cancelled. Danielle contacted me right away and quickly rescheduled an appointment for me for a few nights later, which was a Godsend because I was traveling the following week and my hair needed to look good. I showed up for the appointment that Friday night. We were chatting and in passing, I asked her when her planned cruise with her family was, which I knew was coming up. She nonchalantly said, "tomorrow." I was shocked! Like, WTH is she doing in the salon on a Friday night, when her family cruise was the next day? She then told me she also had two clients on Saturday morning, whose appointments were also cancelled due to the storm. Danielle's husband was going to pick her up and they were leaving for the cruise with her kids FROM THE SALON! Danielle made sure her clients were taken care of, before she left! That is dedication! That is professionalism! Blew me away! Don't get any better than that! Thank you, Danielle! Thank you, Roots.

Lauren did my hair she did an amazing job! It’s so difficult to find someone you trust to do your hair and I’m so thankful I found her. She fixed my cut and my color bringing my hair back to life. She just gets it and I felt beautiful! I highly recommend this salon. Everyone there is so friendly and kind. The salon it self is very nice inside. Again I would highly recommend this salon.

Had a great experience, the person that did my hair Danielle did a great job. I heard of this place through my bestie Lucy. I totally was happy with my experience here and would totally am going to come back in the future and for anyone who’s looking for a good haircut place to come here.
