I've been with Santander Bank since 2008 They are Awesome excellence and quick service always.Very friendly and sweet with customers. Whenever I go to get a letter, make a deposit and cash a check every issue I bring to them is resolved. In April of this year 2025 some one tried to use my Bank Card took $273 they found out quickly it was a Scam and returned my money and changed my bank Card. They have great customer service they are all very professional and answer all my questions in a way that I understand clearly. Today I had the Privilege to be attended by Steph I needed a document she was very sweet and gave me what I needed.They are all amazing. They are all knowledgeable and well trained they can become leaders. I want to give them more than 10 stars. I definitely talk to family and friends about my favorite Bank Santander. So whoever is reading this try Santander Bank for yourself. You won't regard it. If it's Santander Bank it has to be Good! Thank you Santander for being my #1 Bank. Blessings.

Extremely Disappointed with Service
I contacted Santander Bank yesterday at 9 AM and spoke with the branch manager, Kimberly. She assured me she would call back with an update, but I never heard from her. When I followed up around noon, I was told she had already left for the day—completely unprofessional. I then spoke with verna, who unfortunately was neither competent nor capable of resolving the issue. In fact, the situation became even more complicated after our conversation. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from bank leadership. I expected accountability and basic follow-through—neither of which were delivered.

I’ll never do business with a bank that you can’t cash a check at that bank. The check is from that bank and cause I don’t have an account there they won’t cash it. Don’t think that’s very good business they just want you to use their bank.

Management is horrible. Wouldn’t let me deposit a check in my own business account. Refused to make a call to another branch to verify. Too much effort required.

Banks used to be in the business of other peoples money but these days it can feel like they believe its theirs even after you've given them every cent they have. Hoping for a better experience in the future

Called ahead of time. They told me to come in. Bad customer service. No one acknowledged me. Went to the counter to see if any one was going to help me. Clueless, no help, no one attended me, no wait time frame. 5 employees working at the time.

Horrible bank and service. They say one thing and then take it back. The customer service at this specific branch, and it’s really just one person, was so down right awful. Will no longer bank there.

Carissa is amazing! I took my 18 year old to open her first bank account, and she was so helpful and honest about things with her. She explained everything to her clearly. She was friendly, personable, and just a pleasure to do business with! I'm so happy we had her. If anyone from corporate reads this, she really deserves some special recognition.

We are very grateful that we had Carissa Roderick to still accommodate us even though we have no appointment (we would have scheduled it if we knew but the online said we do not need one). She was very friendly, warm and made us feel very comfortable as if we're friends for a long time. She is very knowledgeable and you can see the passion in her job. She even extended a few minutes of her time to us. I would definitely recommend her to all. If you are reading this, we really appreciate you. Keep up the good work.

Person Banker Justin Salera went over and above to help me out with a difficult problem. He worked for several days on it and got me the information I needed. Justin is a credit to Santander Bank and will be a future leader there.

Your banking services suck. Explain how a deposit made in cash inside a branch is pending for multiple days? Explain how you allow a gas station to put a $65 pre-auth on an account for $10 in gas. Worst bank in the country.
