Went yesterday to open a small business account a little more than half and hour before closing on a Saturday-I sat down expecting to be greeted-a very tall man walked up about ten feet away from me to ask if he could help me. I said I needed to open an account-honestly, I was a business specialist at Santander years ago-we had a million goals and a big one was business accounts-anyway-this man proceeds to walk behind the teller desk and scouts something to me about needing an appointment -I wasn’t even sure he was speaking to me since he was across the room and facing away from me-I said “What?” -he repeated himself, but still far away and not facing me-so I pulled out my deposit check to sign it. I guess since I didn’t get up and leave-he waltz over to me and I’m a squeaky cartoon voice and enthusiastically said “Hi! What’s your name” like I was a child. In cartoon voice, he repeated that the branch which was empty besides another couple who was with a customer service rep-was way too busy to help me-I made my deposit and was in my car at 12:31-29 minutes before the branch opened and with more than enough time to open a business account-ridiculous treatment-when I was a BBR, I went above and beyond to open business accounts-

I would not worst your time coming to this branch! The staff are very rude and unhelpful. Myself and my husband made an appointment when we arrived they told us they don’t know how long it would be. Also gave us an attitude like we did something wrong for showing up for our scheduled appointment and expecting to be seen. Go to another branch there’s no point in coming here if you need to get things done.

Santander Bank cancelled all their IRA Retirement accounts so I had to transfer my money to another bank. Lisa at the Atwood Ave. branch was extremely rude, disrespectful, and uncooperative. I can't believe Santander Bank employs someone with such deplorable customer relations skills. She was too angry to complete my banking transaction; I had to have someone else help me.

Came here to take money out of my account from the drive up window and a new clueless employee tells named dalia tells me she can’t help unless I come Inside, with my daughter in the car sleeping I went in and they deliberately dragged it so long that I had to take my cards and leave cuz I couldn’t wait 45 to take money out of my account smh, so I’ll be closing all my 3 business accounts there now and go to a different bank where they don’t give their customers a hard time

Friendly service. Just went to cash a payroll check that they charged me $6 for. The building itself seems kind of run down and in need of a remodel.

Slowest Santander ever. Been here twice and both times very slow service. Ive been siting here now for 20 minutes waiting for customer service to help me.
