Michael was extremely knowledgeable. He paired me with a couple pillows that both seemed to be perfect fits. Ultimately the one that he said was 80% peoples choice was apparently the right one for me too. If i need anything else I’m coming back to Michael.

Just purchased our first Sleep number bed. Michael the associate we met at the Garden city store in Cranston was exceptional. He was knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. He really seemed to understand our needs and guided us in making a thoughtful decision.

Needing some help with the app, I called the Cranston Rhode Island store and got Michael on the line. He walked me through the process and did so in a polite way and told me if I had any problems with it on delivery day to feel free to call him again. The next day I had another question and once again he was ready and happy to help. All employees in any retail store should be just like him and he is a credit to your company.
