First off, I am a high handicap golfer 22-24 and have been golfing with generic online clubs for a few years. I decided to bite the bullet and get fit, so I wasn't sure what to expect. My brother used Club Champion and said while the experience was okay, they pushed gimmicky clubs and pressured him to buy. I didn't want this as my first experience because I honestly just wanted to get some information about my swing and what would be a step up for me from how my current clubs are configured.
To say that Jon is knowledgeable, friendly and someone who makes the whole experience easy, is a gross understatement. Jon is AMAZING. The man knows his craft better than most, makes the numbers easily digestible and most importantly, he helps you understand WHY he's doing the things he doing. Why he didn't like a certain shaft or grip and will cut a shaft and regrip a club right in front of you in order to gather information. Also equally as important, he didn't mention price or purchasing clubs a single time throughout the 90 minute session.
His facility is top notch, and I will be doing all my business as well as sending everyone I know who golfs, to him. If you are skeptical about the fitting process and want a truly pressure free and easy going experience, you need to give Spargo a shot.

Fantastic experience all around! I did a full bag fitting minus the putter and couldn’t have asked for a better time in the process. The facility, knowledge and expertise was far and away better than any fitting I’ve experienced. Jon Pannone is the man! Highly recommend.

The best golf fitting experience I've had. I had an iron fitting with Jon and it was incredible. He was extremely patient, informative, and in depth. The detail and level of the fitting was exactly what I was looking for, and I know I'm having a set of clubs that are built for me, and not off the shelf.

Went for a 3-wood and Driver fitting at Spargo, Jon couldn't have been more helpful, welcoming, and nice. Within only a few swings he was able to hone in on some great club choices, providing lots of interesting insights. As a plus handicap golfer, it was nice being fitted by someone with competitive experience. I have been fit elsewhere previously for different clubs, but this fitting was far and away the best and most comprehensive experience I have had. Couldn't recommend Spargo Golf enough.

Scheduled a full fitting got new shafts on woods hybrid and irons and now I’m playing better than I have ever. Worked with Jon he knows his stuff to a T and knew exactly the changes I needed to make. I never had a fitting before and just bought clubs off the rack and the difference now is amazing. I am now very comfortable and certain when I pull out a club that I hit the ball the way I need to. Better ball flight more distance and much more consistent shots. I will never go anywhere else for clubs it is worth every penny! There is no hard sell he lays it all out there for you, you will see the difference right there in the fitting.

Amazing place. Friendly. Listens to the golfer. Can they want you to be the bed you want to be. Great selection of putters and clubs. Well worth the price to get fitted.

Seem like nice guys and a well run shop but they really blew it for me.. I had usable clubs with the wrong shafts and asked to get the right ones installed but they put in different wrong shafts. Their solution was to remove the shafts they installed without reinstalling the old ones which they probably threw away already... Fine for them but I have to take it up the back side for their mistake. I felt bad at the time but I shouldn't have... they screwed up, not me. I could tell the guy thought he explained to me that the original shafts were not available but he just didn't do that at all because that was my whole entire point of going there to begin with.

Fittings from Jon and Steve are informative and fun with amazing results. It’s like wedding dress shopping for guys and they do a hell of a club build too. Can’t recommend Spargo enough.

Great place to get a fitting done. Couldn’t consistently find a fairway with a driver before. With the proper shaft club head gripcombination, I’m hitting fairways more consistently. Did not feel pressured to buy anything or buy something that costed more. Recommending to all my golf partners to come here for there next fit.
