I was at this Staples store last week, and two large leaks were coming from the ceiling on the counter. This is unacceptable in a place where printing materials are handled.

I had a disappointing experience at the Staples in Cranston, RI. The bathrooms were in poor condition, and I had several issues with the printing services. The colors weren’t consistent between printers, and one of the prints had streaks. I had hoped for a quick and easy solution, but unfortunately, it wasn’t. The only positive was the kind and patient staff member who helped us, she was great.

I always shop at Staples Chapel View in Cranston! Everyone is so kind and always helpful especially Shane. He is so helpful, warm, kind and friendly and always ready to help to make the shopping for office supplies and Computer problems easy. He is certainly an asset to Staples!

Chapel View in Cranston.
Haven’t purchased a laptop since 2011, was taking my time as to which computer to up grade to.
Jeff Sheeham went over & beyond in making sure I was confident enough to make my computer choice, and educated me on the importance of protection.
