My experience was hands down one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever had. I was greeted within seconds of walking through the door even though both stylists were busy with other clients. I didn’t check in online and was asked if I could come back in an hour. I was able to run some errands but next time I’ll check in online.
I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Jannine. Talk about PASSION. I don’t think I’ve ever had a consult before but being able to muster up the words of what I was thinking, she completely brought it to life. Everything from the wash to cut to the blow dry was amazing.
It’s an amazing feeling to have someone so passionate about their profession and to be excited for the outcome as well as my reaction.
I also had the chance to see Jannine and Brooke assist other customers. Each interaction was professional, polite and courteous.
Jannine, thank you again, I absolutely love my hair. Continue being a firecracker and don’t stop singing!
Requested style: 2in trim adding layers and face frame.
Specialties: Jannine is the biggest asset this location has - I will be a repeat customer if she is the one doing my hair.
Stylist: Jannine - if you want a hair dresser that is passionate and genuinely cares this is your gal.

I was a little disappointed. Since when do you get charged for every part of coloring hair? I wish I was informed about this. Color, condition, toner, and cut etc..and my hair is extremely short and it came to $180!! Never paid this much in my life. No towels available, no caps for highlights, etc...Never saw instruments being cleaned between clients. Things have gone to hell with this world. Are health inspections done anymore?? This is my second disappointment with Supercuts!!

Walked into a Super Cuts in Cranston RI today. My hair Stylist said what would you like? I showed her a picture of my self on a social media site from 10 years ago!.. Fade to temp, Janine says! Caught off Guard by the flowing river of passion i was about to experience i sat back and said, Janine get comfortable and do what you do. The Fade to temp also know on the East Coast as the Brooke. The Brooke originates in South Side Jamaica Queens Ny Ny. Apparently, the Brooke also originates with a Hair stylist name Janine in Cranston RI at Super Cuts. She crushed this cut and brought back a trend! Ill take it a step further.. Wanna know how to turn the American economy around? Give me a Monday morning with Janines Passion and watch your country's GDP go ham!!
As i get older the true meaning of craft and excellence can only be performed with ones passion for what you do and bring to the table! Follow your dreams girl! The World is not so big anymore when presented with a super star, 5th ave style talent in Janine. Her energy for what she loves to do is displayed right here and we are all blessed to witness what greatness looks like. A pros pro here. Super Cuts scored with her on the team. Janine, move them mountain's girl. Keep on.
Best,
Paul S.

Not sure what the point of having online check in is to make you think you have an appointment secured if they are just going to take walk ins in front of you....
Made a check-in online for 11:20am on a Saturday (I selected "first available"- stylists Janine and Suzanne were both available this date), and I showed up to this location at 11:10am. One mother and young son were walking in just before me and there was one older gentleman already seated inside the waiting area.
One stylist (was finishing up with another customer) acknowledged those of us who had walked in and asked us to take a seat and she would get our names shortly. Once the client she was with paid, she asked the older gentleman for his name, then the mother/young son duo, then me. When I checked in with her, she acknowledged that I had made an online check-in (to note, neither the older gentleman or mother/son duo did). At this point, it was 11:15am. She proceeds to take the older guy first - his cut was short of course but by the time she cleans up it's almost 11:30 - and then proceeds to take the young boy before me. Again, cut was relatively short but by the time she's done with him and chit chatting with the mom it was 11:40. Two more walk-ins came in after me so there were 3 of us total sitting in the waiting area at this point.
Ok, I get it that guys cuts are shorter but not honoring a check in time is bad customer service- taking walk ins ahead?? Also her proceeding to chit chat with every customer and the other stylist in between cuts which just added to the length of time she was taking. (There was 1 more stylist who was working on another client, when she finished finally around 11:30 she just went into the back as a friend of hers walked in - despite having three of us sitting there. Ok taking a break maybe? Fine.)
At 11:45am I still wasn't in the chair. Was just expecting a cut and that's it - Had somewhere I had to be by noon so I just told them to take me off the list and left.
I'm understanding that it was a Saturday, and it's a Supercuts at that, but just get rid of the online check in if you're not going to honor it. I don't recommend this location.
Went to the SuperCuts in Warwick/Trader Joe's plaza/Bald Hill Rd (after making a check -in) - was greeted immediately, taken back for my cut and in and out in about 20 minutes. Go to that location instead.

Not sure what the point of having online check in is if they are going to take walk ins in front of you.... Made an "appointment" (I now understand this is a loose term here) checkin online for 11:20 and showed up to the location at 11:10. Two men were there ahead of me and the stylist acknowledged my check in but took the men first who had not checked in online. Ok, I get it that guys cuts are shorter but not honoring a check in time is just a little suspect to me. Also proceeded to chit chat with every customer she knew and the other stylist who was working on another client, when she finished she just went into the back despite having three of us sitting there. Ok taking a break maybe? Fine. At 11:45 I still wasn't in the chair. Had somewhere I had to be so I just left. I'm understanding that it was a Saturday, and it's a Supercuts at that, but just get rid of the online check in if you're not going to honor it.

I hadn’t gotten my haircut in while due to waiting for a wound to finally heal on my forehead. I was nervous about getting a new hair stylist. Luckily, I am no longer nervous. Brittany did a great job. She was accommodating and knowledgeable, I would definitely come again.

I have been going here for over 7 years now. I started going there after I has surgery and was unable to wash my own hair. HYDEE! is the best. I highly recommend her . I still go here every month for deep hair cleaning by Hydee. She an excellent worker, takes the time to chat with you, listens what what you like to have done with your hair.

So it’s been about a year since the incident happened but honestly I’m so over poor customer service so I’m going to post the situation..So first of all they SUCK at doing hair. I’m black and this was the one and only time I’ve had a black “professional” hair stylist do my hair and SUCKED! First time I ever had a hair stylist not know how to straighten my hair. She did not get to the roots. I’ve had white hair stylist do 100 times better on my hair than that that women. I could have done my hair myself at that point. I like my hair pin straight and the roots were frizzy as hell. I dyed it purple and the purple itself was horrible I had like 3 4 different shades. But it gets worse. I payed with a 100 dollar bill. They called me a few days later stating that I had given them a fake 100. That the bank told them it was fake. I know I didn’t give them a fake one so honestly I stopped answering their call. They had told me I’d I don’t pay them back they would get the cops involved. I went to the cops myself and sadly had to end up giving them the 100. They called me MONTHS later telling me how sorry they were and I had to go back to the store to get my 100. That somehow the bank was wrong and the 100 was real. They cause unnecessary drama and stress. I haven’t been back since. And they lost a potential customer do to there stupidity.
