If you want pre packaged fudge that you have to snap apart like a cheap Hershey bar then go here. It’s garbage.

The creamiest, most delectable chocolate you will find anywhere!!! What a treat, right here in Rhode Island! It's a must visit and the staff are always helpful and friendly, wrapping your selections for gift giving. But , it's impossible not to walk out the door for treats for yourself. They now have a small sugar free selection too!!!

This is basically a chocolate store, not a restaurant. The chocolate is the best in Rhode island. The prices have skyrocketed, like everything else. About $28 for a pound of chocolates with nuts!

I ordered a pound of dark assorted online. It was nice to pick out what you would like. Very nice selection. I received it in less than 3 days. Thank you for making a delicious product.

It was delicious! It's cheaper then most chocolate shops! Only thing I don't like is that it's crammed in a small place.

I’m giving them a 2 because the chocolate is good. But if you are looking for good customer service do not come here! They stared as me and my coworker shopped. We were confused on pricing, they pointed at paper! When we went back to work I discussed this with my coworkers apparently this is common for them. They just want you to be quiet and quick and get out!

I live in the area. I had first went into this store a year ago and was treated so nicely that I decided to come back to get Valentine’s Day chocolate for my loved ones. I was the first one in the store and two people walked in behind me. A man dressed in a suit was quickly greeted and he went right up to the counter, even though I walked in first. No big deal, I am in my gym attire not really commanding respect… then when I went to the counter, another woman was not so friendly. In the meantime I grabbed almost $100 worth of chocolate ( something I usually don’t do). I saw that they had gift wrapping so I figured because they were busy, I would ask for some and do it myself. The lady ringing me up gave me a snarky attitude and said I can only wrap this one item because it is over a certain amount. I said, that is fine just hand me some paper and I will take care of it. She practically gasped and laughed saying “we can’t hand out paper!” It was very embarrassing. I was attempting to be courteous and she came off being stingy, acting as if I was. I was going to make this a tradition coming here for gifts, but to me customer service will always rank higher than products. Nowadays the experience is more important when everything is bought from Amazon. I even tried to say something Like “wow you guys are busy today huh?”to determine if she was nice and I had just caught her off guard, but nope! She pretty much ignored me and looked directly at the next customer. It was a little busy, but trust me after managing a large department store, you can handle a small line of customers and still give someone a quick smile or acknowledgement before you move on to the next. You also can use common sense and realize that a small sheet of paper that would wrap a $30 product given to a person spending $75.00 in smaller products is actually more economical. This experience definitely started to ruin my morning, because it was a bad experience. Don’t offer gift wrapping if you can’t afford it. I had gotten myself out of the house to get my Valentine shopping out of the way before visiting my father’s grave and I decided I just wanted to go back home. You never know what people are going through. You should always treat people with respect especially when you are selling specialty items. My parents owned a business and I always try to support smaller business over large. My dad would have never treated a customer like that. I guess I will just stick to Godiva in this case. Such a shame. I can’t believe this woman believes I was just trying to get paper. I didn’t even know they offered it when I went in. A person who is cheap doesn’t spend $75.00 on chocolate. I am sure there are enough customers to keep them going, but they should really treat all customers with respect. I imagine my “attire” or friendly nature had me profiled possibly, I just can’t see any other reason this woman gave me such an attitude. I was a manager at several stores and it really irks me when associates ( really hope it wasn’t a manager or owner) act this way.

Been going since childhood. My dad brought home Sweenor's on special occasions. Christmas, Valentines Day, St Patrick's day, Easter and birthday goodies. I love the fruit slices and the dark chocolate assortment. Lots of choices including sugar-free options. Always fresh!

Their customer service is something seriously wrong. Don't even bother trying to order online, they get the order wrong, and you won't find anyone that will pick up a ringing phone there...no one's chocolate is that good to treat their customers the way they do. Absolutely awful.

I tried to order a box of chocolates on line, somehow, two boxes were charged, $90.00, okay, I'll have an extra to give away. The next day, they sent an email it's on it's way, no tracking number. So, a week later, I tried to call for a tracking number, to get nothing but an answering machine, both phone numbers the 800 number as well as their regular number. I left a message to get back with me, then an email, asking them to call me.... Instead, they cancelled the delivery!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE ONLINE!!! THEIR CANDY MIGHT BE GOOD, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

The best chocolate in the area. The products are very high quality. Given the quality, the prices are also very affordable.
