My F150 that I bought new is great. No issues in 87000 miles. Recently bought a 2022 Lincoln. The brakes failed before 30 days. Problem well documented. No management will respond. Avoid used cars there.

What a greedy, shameful business. Customer service is nonexistent. Have a problem, question, concern? Too bad. You have better chance of reaching the President before a call back from Tasca. Multiple safety recalls that your vehicle will likely catch on fire? Better buy a fire extinguisher, because they do not care. Save yourself the stress and aggravation.

Made an online appointment that was confirmed on my end by text message,yet wasn't in the computer system. They still got me in promptly and finished the job quickly. They even got some snacks for my son who was with me.

Great customer service when I brought my car in with Tim Hall; he kept me informed throughout the process and Eileen the cashier was very pleasant and helpful. In addition, Chad in Service helped me to connect my phone to blue tooth in the rental car.

Bought a 2019 Volvo from Tasca in July 2022, fast forward 2 years later and the AC is giving me great difficulty and hasn’t worked most of the summer. I’ve already had it fixed twice to the tune of $1300. It’s back at the shop for a third time and now they want 4300 more to fix it. Turns out, after running a car fax to see if there was an issue prior to purchase….. there was! They fixed the AC 1 month prior to me purchasing it and didn’t discus this with me. Sold me a car with a defect, tried to cover it up, now I have the issue and am stuck with the bill because they won't pay to fix it. Everyone is pushing the buck around and not being accountable. Be very cautious when purchasing a vehicle from Tasca!

I recently had a great experience at TASCA Volvo in Cranston RI.
I brought my car in for a repair and was very impressed with the service I received from Douglas Eccleston. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and he took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. He also went above and beyond to make sure that my car was fixed properly and that I was satisfied with the service.
I would highly recommend TASCA Volvo Automotive Group Cranston, RI.

I have had the best experience at Tasca Mazda since buying car last year. Got the oil changed along with other routine maintenance. My service advisor Joe was great Addressed questions and con cerns in professional friendly manner
Waiting area was comfortable as well.
