The Manager "Maged" or whatever his name is, was extremely rude. We came close to closing time (completely my fault), but we had mentioned over the phone that we wanted to do a test drive and that's it. They could've told us to come another day or reschedule us but instead, insisted that we come even though we were in Johnson. He was pitching us the car & when we said we just wanted a rough estimate, he was essentially just being snarky about coming earlier next time. So damn rude & his breath stinks. Would not recommend this place.

I have no complaints about the sales and finance departments here.
The service department however is habitually dishonest. Over the course of three years I would say there was a 50/50 chance of the service department lying, attempting to over bill, or doing something dishonest and underhanded. The work is fine but you have to watch them like a hawk to prevent them from sneakily adding things or changing things in the invoice.
The most recent experience with this is the last straw. It was finally corrected, but not until I had wasted hours arguing and threatened to make a complaint directly to Ford corporate. I'll be bringing my business elsewhere in the future, including my next new vehicle purchases.

Brought in my RV for an inspection and wipers (truck type).With an appointment I had to wait two to three days for completion, because the bays that fit my RV were occupied, and after inspection they discovered that they had to order my size wipers. All was good, because I had told them there was no rush. When I picked up RV, there was no charge for wipers, because of the inconvenience.

Truck was towed to Tasca for repair due to a gear shifting problem. The truck was left in lot for three days before it was touched resulting in the emergency brake being frozen onto brakes and required replacement. After the transfer case was replaced I drove it and a problem was not identified and given back to me with an IWE solenoid failure. I brought back next day to drive with technician and show the problem. The technician agreed and had to return to shop. It was in shop for 2.5 weeks and $5400 later it’s complete.

I had my 2020 Ford Explorer serviced at Tasca Ford. My transmission started slipping and had to be replaced.
I’m grateful I had the extended warranty which took care of 90% of my cost.
Emma was my service rep and she was fantastic. She always kept in contact with me almost everyday to let me know where we were in the process. All the staff I spoke with, like Debbie were wonderful that I’m so pleased.
Much to my delight in the Service was completed a few days earlier than had been estimated.
I highly recommend Tasca Ford!

The price of the job was not explained properly. Also the women at the desk was not very nice about the problem with the price. Had to sit and wait for over 2 hours just to have a key made. I hope this is a one off situation.

Changed 176 for a diagnostic and didn't even did anything to my car, for nothing. Go anywhere else that is free. Like AutoZone, Pep Boys and etc.

Over 7 weeks ago I had a new F250 delivered. It arrived with a cracked windshield. It was supposed to have mud flaps front and rear, no mud flaps. I have been in contact with the sales manager John since that day. Still waiting for the mud flaps and the crack is now across the windshield. I’ve paid a local glass company and waiting for the windshield to come in and waiting for Tasca to send me payment. So much for “You will be satisfied “

I took my car here from a fender bender. This was the first week of July. It's is October 16th. I do not have my car. On October 4th they called me telling me the car was done and asking if I'd like them to fix a recall. I agree and we schedule for today at 7 am. I call at this time they tell me again my carvwill be done today. I called at 12pm they say someone will call me back. I call again at 530pm. Now all technicians are gone for the day and no one can help me. I was supposed to move 5 states away October 1st (they knew this). I tell landlords and places of work that I could meet with them tomorrow. But now I can't because my car has not been released to me.
My review was viewed by the company. T they asked me to email them to figure things o out. I did... no response. Wish I could take the 1 star i gave.

Purchased a truck from here last week, my salesman Victor Da Costa was great, knowledgeable, friendly and honest, definitely one of the best I've dealt with. We were not so lucky with the business manager Andrew Aytac, he made multiple mistakes on the paperwork it got corrected I mean he's only human but geez, when you have all the information in front of you, how? The most frustrating part was the attitude when I informed him I wasn't interested in any extended warranty once I heard the price but he wouldn't let it go and then copped an attitude and tried rushing me through the paperwork, was rude whenever I questioned anything. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't deal with him or I'd leave. Other than that everyone else was great, the dealership is very nice, friendly people.

The people at Tasca were great! Another dealership said I needed the wrong part for my car, and kept me waiting for over a year for it, with no end in sight! When the experts at Tasca looked at my car, they realized exactly what I needed, and were able to fix my car in a day. Plus, Tim Hall made sure my car worked before I left. I feel like I’ll be going there from now on.
