I had a very rude experience with a worker. We asked if its okay to charge my sisters phone because she’s diabetic and she answered with a very mean attitude and passive aggressive tone. She said thats not what is was for. She couldve just said no. Just very rude and snobby.

I ordered shoe racks and they said I would have them in about a week. I received one without any communication about the rest of the order and that was at least a month ago.

I am a longtime store customer. Associates are great; especially Dawn. But….. very frustrating if you want to do the design stuff like me trying to buy Elfa garage components. Website is so antiquated. No dimensions are listed. Many items they refuse to ship to your house. Yes both those statements are true. Then when you try to explain you actually can’t fit all their stuff in your car and need it delivered…. I was then told they use a 3rd party co. with more charges. Manager Michelle was not friendly in explaining this. After the lengthy time investment I just kept going with the purchase. Hope it all works out!

Closet System Order and Customer Service
I wanted to express my frustration with my recent experience purchasing a closet system from container store Cranston RI. This purchase has been far from satisfactory, and I believe it’s important to share the issues I encountered so that improvements can be made.
First, after receiving an email stating that my order was ready for pickup, I went to the store only to wait for nearly an hour because my order was, in fact, not ready. This was inconvenient and frustrating, as I had planned my day around the expected pickup time.
When installing the closet system, I discovered that some parts were cut to the wrong size. This required another trip to the store to get the issue fixed. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t end there—incorrect items were sent, necessitating yet another trip to exchange them. To make matters worse, certain parts were missing, which meant I had to go back to the store once more to pick up the missing items.
This experience has been extremely frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing. I feel that the team needs to improve quality control and customer communication to avoid putting customers in these types of situations.
Unless there are significant changes to your processes, I would not recommend this product to anyone who values their time. For the price, I would expect a far smoother experience, or I would have simply gone to a more reliable option like IKEA, where I could expect similar service with fewer inconveniences.

I recently got married and I got a gift card as a wedding gift and I went to this store (this location) today, a few hours ago and when in line to pay, I was speechless with the way the cashier treated me, he asked me if I wanted to sign up, but I was distracted and answered I was gonna pay with a gift card and he was absolutely rude saying that I didn’t answer his question at all and he didn’t care about my form of payment since he still didn’t close my purchase. I was really surprised by the way he was talking to me, and couldn’t give him a proper response, I left upset, is a expensive store, I couldn’t believe this is the kind of employees that are hired, I’m very disappointed. I don’t wanna ever come back to be treated like that.
The owner didn’t even asked me who was or the receipt and answered me about reaching out the store, looks like nothing will be done about it. Thanks for treating your clients like this? I guess this is what I expected since the begging

Nice things, ridiculous prices. I have found a lot of their items at Target, Walmart, and even the Dollar Tree, for A LOT less!!!!! I'll only go there if I'm desperate.
