The staff here are consistently professional, pleasant, and polite. The Manager ( Bob ? ) is so very helpful, patient , and is extremely personable & takes the time to clearly explain the wide array of services that the UPS on Atwood Avenue in Cranston has to offer. I always have a positive experience whenever I stop by my favorite UPS location.

UPS used to print return labels for us if we had a code in our phone. Yesterday, I was told that the charge would be over $4 for a label and over $2 for a shipping bag.
Staples only charges .32 to print a label. I wrapped the box in an old paper bag and taped it. I won't bother with this UPS location anymore.

Bob went out of his way to try to mail my package from ups to the irs. The irs had no street address. Bob found a way to mail to the irs using usps. This was my 2nd store I visited. Finally mailed. Thanks to Bob. The other woman in the store was no and that was it. She was annoyed. I had to keep encouraging her to ask Bob. Store number 7291 148 Atwood Ave Cranston RI 02920 Employee Bob.

Honestly I never thought I'd have such a good experience at a UPS store, but this one tops expectations. The lead manager there is top-notch; friendly, helpful, and honest, if not straight to the point. The place is always clean, which is a plus. I usually don't have to wait very long unless there are a lot of people in there all at once. But be patient! It takes a minute or two to make sure you're getting the right service you need. And they have a self-service station for Amazon returns.

I have been going to this store for several year and always had excellent service. Today a gentleman name Bob helped me and I feel he went above and beyond. I had returns to Amazon and needed return stickers printed from me phone. I am not good at doing much from my phone.(technology is not my strong point) I also needed e mails printed from my phone. He did most of the work. He was so helpful and made my visit less stressful. I would give him an A++. Hope he is there for many more years. Thank you again Bob!

Sitting in line, a UPS truck pulls up. The older gentleman tells me I need to move my car. I have 2 heavy packages with QR return codes and I need no receipt. I ask him if I can just drop them on the counter and he says no LOL..I ask if I'm in a valid parking spot and he says yes. So he's asking me, a customer, to put my packages back in my car, move it, then come back in and get in line. Nevermind telling the UPS driver to wait a minute. No common sense... Meanwhile Karen is in line yelling at me for cutting her for putting my packages down..?

Decided to use the online print service since I live close to this store and it was easier to get to than staples on Route 2.
I walked in and told the employee that I did an online print order on Thursday of last week and I was there to pick it up..I had 2 of them look at me like they had no idea what I was talking about..since when do I need to call in order to make sure that someone printed it from almost a week ago? I'll go here to return my Amazon packages but I doubt I'll be back for a print service.
