Nearly 3 hours of sitting there for a tire rotation appointment (10:30am-1:13pm) which is ridiculous on its own, and I was given absolutely no information on the condition of my tires/how worn the treads are. Called to ask 15 minutes after I left and they had no information because “the paper with the measurements is probably in the trash can”. I’ll go somewhere else next time. Would not recommend.

I had a good experience speaking to Rich about my tires. He was very clear in communicating his recommendations for my tires. The price wait time were reasonable. Would definitely bring my vehicle here again.

First time I came here were for my tires, had a great experience. Second time was for my mother and she loves her new tires. Thank you Joe, you were very helpful and thank you for the promotion of financing and 100$ rebate. Will probably take my dad's car next.

It was the end of the day and I had a large nail in my tire. I called Jonathan at Town Fair Tire in Cranston Rhode Island said. He said he would be able to help me. I brought my car there and Jonathan had it repaired quickly. He charged me a lot less than I was expecting and at my request give me a good quote for a new tires in the future. I was very impressed and will be giving them my business in the future.

Rich at Town Fair Tire, Cranston was knowledgeable, informative, efficient and courteous. The check in process was quick and received a call an hour later to pick up my car. Best service and price ever. Highly recommended.
