Moving experience went well. But my mom didn't return though for another couple hours after returning the truck. She is fine though. But who the hell is Bobby? She was raving about him to one of her proustite friends.

If you have to move any type of furniture to go anywhere and you can't afford to hire someone to do it for you U-Haul is the best one to use very affordable

Never again will I rent a truck or even step foot back in there again the girl behind the counter told me they had no trucks available when I called ahead she said she did so I go on website to reserve one in Cranston they told me to go there lol so I went back in and she rented me a truck took my info added it in the computer put in wrong email wrong phone number two of them mind you when I brought the truck back it said I payed cash when I paid with a card worker told me if I don’t get back the difference to call them this place is shady

Picking up the truck was a breeze because I reserved it online. However, when I delivered the truck experience wasn't so great. felt like they were nickel and diming. rental truck was driven a total of 12 miles (literally). At time of pick up, I asked what gas it takes and I was told that I can bring the truck back and they would confirm and can just pay there (mind you that UHAUL is operating out of a gas station) but I was billed for 2 gallons. Last time I check, I'm sure no truck is doing 12 MPG per gallon.

Waited here forever and the person behind the counter was rude and unprofessional, seemed as though they just wanted to go home and didn't want to be bothered. Advice for the owner, start looking for some new help. I won't be stopping back in.
