I came in to shop here and i happened to meet Trevia who was just wonderful so friendly and polite she was very smiley and seemed like she wanted to help me. Thanks so much I will be back!!!

I came in for an order pick up and purchased an additional item. It wasn't as busy as normal. I will say I was not greeted nor did any associate ask if I needed assistance and one did go by me and just looked at me. The young lady Rosanna at check out was in ok I couldn't figure out her demeanor she was hot and cold

I came here a day before my birthday to buy makeup for the first time in my life. Obviously I was clueless on where anything was and what different products do but thanks to Donna, I had an amazing experience. The internet was telling me some of the basics I should buy and Donna helped me decide on which product was best for me. She did not belittle my lack of knowledge but instead was a good teacher and made me feel comfortable. Also, it is in Garden City, so there are tons of other stores within the shopping center and even restaurants so it makes for a good shopping day. Parking can be tough on weekends but generally within a couple minutes a spot will open up. I would highly recommend this Ulta!

Went to this location and i'm not sure if i dealt with the manager or what there's this man, tall with glasses and he clueless. I called and asked if they had a product for the bikini area, he immediately said yes without checking the system to see if there were any in stock. He seemed so sure that the store had plenty so I went. There was none. He pointed me 2 other places, which was wrong, and then he found one of the same brand (Flawless razors). I said quietly "Oh i don't need the one the face." He then said out loud in front of a line of customers "Oh no we have one for the bikini area" and ran off. He took me to where I initially looked for 10 minutes and kept telling me it was there. Then he asked someone else for help. What a wacko. He was completely unprofessional and ran off after he realized he was wrong without apologizing.

Never going back to the salon. All the employees are really nice and I wanted to like my hair but when I got home I notice that some of my hair was "thinned out" and now stick straight up! Trying to figure out how to hide it until it grows out.

Was shopping for a new perfume for my sister for her wedding day. I wanted to buy Chanel, which this store doesn’t carry. I spent a while going back and forth, looking at different bottle styles and fragrances. A few employees were extremely sweet and helpful. However, while I was standing there one of the male employees behind me radio’d over that they needed someone to come stand in fragrances “just in case”. 3-4 more employees seemed to appear in that section almost immediately. I had already asked another employee to look in the back for a fragrance that I intended on buying (I was waiting for her to come back) that they ended up being sold out of. Ultimately I’d say it was an uncomfortable experience and you go in there feeling like you’re being watched. Off putting for sure.

Stores always well managed, except for the fact that I find that they don't have enough tissues and makeup applicators out for you to test the products. Regardless of this the staff is always attentive

Arlette Reyes did an amazing job on my hair. I had an up do for a wedding, and my hair came out so beautiful. It could have been for a bride. I have a great experience there. All of the staff we are friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend Arlette and Ulta for your next big event!

Don’t even deserve a star Like I literally wanna cry. Went to get my makeup on march 30,2024 @2:00pm . The make artist that did my makeup. Im not sorry to say this, Not to be mean. She missed half of my eye brown one side and didn't fill in my lip full. My eyeshadow was not like in the picture. I wanted. Like no shimmer or shine! It was just black made me look like a dam panda with two black eye. Eyeliner was even the worst! She poke in the eye 3 times my eye turned red And nearly any foundation on my dam face! It was so awful. I literally cry walking out the door. when I left after paying. Like I shouldn’t even pay. Should wipe it off and walk out! Mind as you I was there to get my make up done and she try to charge me 100$ for highlights when I was in there for makeup appointment not hair appointment. I'm really upset! And I would never be coming back here again. Should have asked to wipe my face off and left. Worst experience ever. I’m literally still so up set! I’m really disappointed with this location!

I was here 3/30 looking for a perfume for my daughter. There was only one on the shelf in front so I assumed more would be in the back. I was followed the entire time I was in the store by security. I felt very uncomfortable. I went to the front to ask if they had more scents in the back because I couldn’t find them and she said no. I took the last one they had and noticed they had a trial size face wash I was looking for at check out. I went to the skin care section to buy a bigger size and noticed security again even though he was just in front. Long line and the same woman I asked about the perfume comes to the skin care section to ask me if I need help mind you there’s a huge line and one cashier. Go figure when I go to cash out she’s back out front to start ringing customers out. Never will I ever shop at this Ulta !!!! I will make sure none of my friends or family members shop here either.

This Ulta, located in Garden City, has one of the best layouts out of all of the Ulta stores I've been to. It's spacious & easy to maneuver through, but is still packed with product. Squeaky clean, too! The staff was nice - although perhaps spread a bit too thin. I asked for help from two different employees on two different occasions & both seemed a little bit flustered by my request. They might be understaffed. So many of the testers were used up, dried up, empty, etc. They could definitely use a tester restock. Also, a striking amount of Ulta brand beauty products were out of stock. From black eyeliner to cream foundation. Overall, a convenient place to get most of what I'm looking for all at once.

African American woman here, security guard followed me around the entire time I was in the store. Once I noticed his looming presence, I put my shopping bag down and went to Sephora instead. I told the manager about this but he couldn’t care less. Ulta - you lost a customer…
