I come to this branch either everyday or every other day, frequent customer here. I don't interact much with the staff as I'm dropping off packages but if I have a question I get in line. Line goes quick if there's more than one person working the desk. I'd have to say, this place does need extra help. There is usually only one person behind the counter and they seem pretty miserable when left alone. I mean I would be pretty miserable if I was the only one at the counter with a mound of drop offs I have to scan. They do good work though, props.

I've been dealing with this post office for the past 18 years and I have always found the staff to be kind, courteous and helpful. The only bad experience I ever had there was over a decade ago, in dealing with a grumpy older man, but he retired soon afterwards. Ever single postal worker I've dealt with since has been friendly. As for the accusation that "they keep the doors locked after hours," I myself have never found this to be the case. Many times I've walked through an unlocked door and into the lobby to mail my letters.

Worst experience ever right before Christmas. The girl working Saturday was extremely rude. She shouted at everyone in like 5-6times that she was closing at 2 even though 10 people were in inline with plenty of time to go.

Extremely rude and unpleasant staff member working. She yelled at the people in line multiple times and closed the front desk early. We will not be back to this location. Very bad experience right before the holiday. We will take our business to UPS or Fedex moving forward

Such a grumpy front desk staff. I decided to write a review since the last 3 times I have went there it’s been unpleasant. The guy behind me also made a comment about it. Please give them some better customer service skills or swap them out for happier staff.

This post office has lost my several of my packages in the last month. No one will help, just tell you it hasn't been dropped off. One of my packages finally left 10 days after I dropped it off, after I had already sent my customer a replacement.
