I received four out of 14 items Cranston Walmart has the worst customer service as far as online delivery. Won’t be ordering anything from them again.

I placed a grocery delivery order through Walmart+ on June 14, 2025, and never received it. I contacted customer service several times and was given conflicting answers—one said the items were damaged, another said the issue was escalated, and one transferred me to a full voicemail. No one followed up.
The funds were deducted, and for days I was left without groceries or a refund. After continued escalation, I eventually received a full refund, including the Walmart+ membership fee.
While I appreciate the resolution, the amount of stress and time it took to get there was exhausting. I wouldn’t recommend using delivery from this location—especially if you’re on a fixed income or rely on government assistance. The customer service and communication process need serious improvement.

This is a good Walmart, they run out of items fairly quickly. So it's best to always check online before going. Other than that it's your typical Walmart.

This store deserves zero stars. STAFF is COMPLETELY RUDE to customers. Went there yesterday only 2 registers open with line of about 30 people for each register. I understand short staffing but there's sooo many employees that I saw walking around chatting and laughing with other staff. Trying training ALL employees for registers. Absolutely ridiculous to have such lines of customers. Forget self check out those lines were even worse. What if there was a fire or need to evacuate? A literal stamped is what will happen. This walmart needs a serious check all around. DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT 3 HOURS TO CHECK OUT 2 ITEMS.

I’ve been to a lot of bad Walmarts but this is one of the worst in the state. Terrible layout, very very dirty, empty shelves, employees that are either young and clearly don’t care about anything, or old and overzealous. Save your sanity and go someplace else.

Definitely my go to walmart! I live in Warwick but prefer to shop here. Much better atmosphere and the staff are generally more helpful than Warwick location
