I live south of Providence but Roger's Hardware had something I needed so I decided to make the 30 minute journey to the store. I'm sure glad that I did. I placed an order online and received acknowledgement of it being filled about 10 minutes later.
Roger's is an impressive hardware store - well stocked and maintained. The employees were professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

Tried to return an item i purchased online with receipt and order number and was refused stating they wouldn't take it back because they don't carry the particular item . I stated customer service directed me to return it to this particular store. They refused to return it . Went to a different ace hardware who also didn't carry the item and they returned it with a smile and stayed that it what they are there for to help a customer .

Always have what I need in stock, super helpful and conveniently located. Don’t have to search through a bog box store. I work for a contractor/plumber/machinist and am always doing my own projects as well. This Ace is definitely aces! 100% recommend.

Great neighborhood hardware store. Good selection of merchandise. The guys are always helpful. Never left there unable to find what I was looking for and if there was something less expensive than what I was looking for they recommended it. I’ve been going there for years.

If you do not speak Portuguese, don't bother going. Personnel watching TV at the checkout, 2 others just bullshitting. I was completely ignored, Better to go to Dupaults Ace hardware on Mendon Road in Cumberland.
