We had an overall good experience with our recent purchase. Worked with Dan and Ed. Both were straight forward and didn't play games. They were also responsive and flexible when it was time to pick up the car and associated documents. We know from experience that it's difficult to find reliable used car auto sales. So, we'd recommend Apollo.

I’ve never had such a pleasant smooth car purchasing until now!! Ed not only made the process easy but also accommodated my request and been very communicative. I was especially shocked when he told me he didn’t want to release the car until proper maintenance is done which shows integrity. Definitely recommend!!

I would recommend Apollo to my mother. Ed will do what it takes to get you into the one you want. Very knowledgeable on the variety of vehicles he has and won't bs you into something you're not sure of. He definitely runs a different show there. Highly recommended.

I love Apollo I bought my Jeep compass limited 2018 with 74k miles on it and Ed is a wonderful sale guy was amazing and friendly and was so stress free he also knows a lot about his car and very knowledgeable and I love everyone there. I couldn’t say enough good things about this place I talk to all my friends about them all the time.

Nice atmosphere and nice people however I felt like a fast one was pulled on me! For me buying my first car I’ve already had a lot of issues with the vehicle… granted Ed and his team did fix my rotor issue I had contacted them about an oil change when Valvoline told me I had problems and they could not change it…. When I messaged about bringing it in to be relooked at they had family things going on COMPLETELY understandable! However, I never heard from them again after that! Now having the car for 3-4 months it has a cooling issue! It’s been problem after problem! Don’t buy a used car folks it’s causing me more stress than anything!

If I could I wouldgive it a zero. Went to test drive the car got down the highway radiator started overheating smoke everywhere we made it back to the dealership. The sales person said it was going to be fixed and there were a other things that had to be fixed and at the same time it was going to be inspected
Got a phone call from Ed, The sales person said the car was all set to pick up Drove an hour up there took it for another test drive radiator overheated again we had to pull into the nearest auto mechanic
somebody from Apollo had to come pick us up. This happened. Several times we were told the vehicle was ready. We went up there. What was supposed to be fixed previously was not fixed. It was like the vehicle never left the lot. It was one thing after another after another and the sales person kept telling us It was all done. Apparently, he never checked Come pick it up. We had to go through this like three times
We were told that they would pay for a full detail in and out I asked for the name of the place I called and they said they don’t do full details in and out. I felt like I had to check up on every single thing we were told the story goes on and on, and on it was the worst nightmare of my life. All I can say is Don’t do it. The sales person obviously does not check to see if the work that was supposed to be done was actually done he could never go for a ride with us because he was the only one there. Finally after a week Of driving the car the heat wasn’t working. The stereo wasn’t working And the tire pressure light came back on After supposedly it being fixed two times We returned the vehicle And to make matters worse when I receive the reimbursement check, it was made out to the wrong person, and I didn’t even notice it until I got an hour home because I just assumed To the person whose name was on the check for payment
I don’t care what any of the other reviews say don’t do it.

I had a pleasant experience purchasing a car here. I usually buy from big dealerships but this place has good quality used cars and has the perks and conveniences of a large dealership . Ed and Danielle were wonderful to deal with .

I highly recommend Apollo Auto sales. They have a great selection of vehicles and decent price tags compared to other dealers around RI.. The sales man Ed worked his magic to get me into the Jeep I wanted. Customer service was top notch! Thanks so much Ed for making my buying experience quick and painless!

Spent a lot of money on a Jeep Renegade and had a brake light, turn signal light, back up light and whatever else light not working from the start. Lots of back and forth and faulty wiring. Ed’s last comment was, “You just need a new bulb”. Ed had sent me to the repair they recommended and the guy forgot to do the repair. Had to leave it for another day. Don’t trust them. I know they’ll be a negative blaming response to this but believe this or put your faith into Apollo. At least think about it.
