“Absolutely amazing experience at Carr’s! I emailed photos of damage to my car door and he promptly sent back a reasonable estimate. Months later, I stopped by the shop to see if the damage was just paint transfer. At my request, he and his team tried to buff out the damage and got it near perfect. He recommended fixing it properly though, which required repainting the door. He got me right in and had the car done when he said it would be. They even detailed the inside for us - it was like picking up a brand new car! You can’t tell anything ever happened and he didn’t even charge us for the first attempt at buffing it out. I felt he was honest with us and wasn’t just trying to make a buck off of us. We’ve already told several people of our experience and we’ll never go anywhere else.
