“My family has been going there for years. Face ALWAYS worked magic, and ALWAYS presented me with a repaired vehicle ahead of the promised time. SO MANY TIMES my mother would go in with as concern, and instead of draining her back account the bill total was $0.00.
The BEST THING Dave has done for me is allowing me to pick his brain asking questions . I HATE shopping for vehicles. I would call Dave, he would tell me the rating of the vehicles, but MORE IMPORTANTLY, he shared any and all POSITIVE and/or NEGATIVE experiences. “I’ve been bringing my car to Dorman’s for regular maintenance for a while now, and they’ve been great; they know what they’re doing, they work fast, and their prices are very fair. My parents have also brought their car here and had the same great experience.
Most recently, my car was in an accident and needed a lot of work (new door, new wheel, and other fixes). John was incredible from start to finish. He explained everything that needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand, advocated for me with my insurance company, and got me into a rental car immediately. He stayed in communication throughout the whole process, and the work was done much faster than I expected.
When I picked up my car, it honestly looked brand new. The quality of the repair, the care, and the attention to detail were better than I could’ve imagined. John went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, I genuinely felt like they were looking out for me, not just my car.
I can’t recommend Dorman’s Auto enough. This is a shop you can trust, and I’ll keep coming back. Thank you!!”

From pick up and repair all the way through completion/ The team handled everything including towing. The communication I had through the process was/is top notch. It's not a common occurrence to have both your vehicles needing body work in the same year. Thank to an animal strike and a tree falling thanks to the epic winter we had. The animal strike was fully repaired and the car came back amazing. My SUV is currently there now and the communication through the process is top notch again. I highly suggest providence auto body for a quick rental process to having the cars fixed. The work is amazing. The prices are good and they work with you. I am going there for my mother‘s car now and have been met with beyond expectations I have been going there since I was 16 and I’m 42 now I highly suggest and trust Providence or auto body with any of your needs. Why trust other auto bodies that don’t work with you when you can go to Providence auto-body and have a good experience”

“Absolutely amazing experience at Carr’s! I emailed photos of damage to my car door and he promptly sent back a reasonable estimate. Months later, I stopped by the shop to see if the damage was just paint transfer. At my request, he and his team tried to buff out the damage and got it near perfect. He recommended fixing it properly though, which required repainting the door. He got me right in and had the car done when he said it would be. They even detailed the inside for us - it was like picking up a brand new car! You can’t tell anything ever happened and he didn’t even charge us for the first attempt at buffing it out. I felt he was honest with us and wasn’t just trying to make a buck off of us. We’ve already told several people of our experience and we’ll never go anywhere else. This level of customer service is unheard of these days. Well done and thank you, Team Carr’s!”
