I don't personally like citizens bank. But the Lovely team they have at this branch is OUTSTANDING and one of the reasons i continue to return!

The Citizens Bank at 60 Mendon Road in Cumberland has the best staff in 10 years! The tellers are very welcoming and patient. The manager Swarnima (Mimi) is so friendly and knowledgable.

The queue is organized by your business at the bank. It made my visit enjoyable and quick.
