Love the staff at the pharmacy but there needs to be some serious thought put into staffing. On a daily basis they are too overwhelmed to even pick up the phone during many times of the day. This points to not being staffed appropriately or not planning for how to handle those calls when they are task saturated. The staff are busting their asses…so that leads me to believe that there is a issue with appropriately staffing the location. While in line, I listened to a woman complain this week that her Doctors office accidentally sent an Rx to them. She lived over an hour away and tried calling 10 plus times to have the Rx transferred to her local CVS. She could never get through, so the woman had to find someone to drive her an hour to pick up her Rx. That is wholly unacceptable. CVS corporate…do better! If you need to build regional call centers to take the overflow calls with pharmacists and technicians to do the computer processing, then so be it. You can’t put your staff under this type of pressure and expect them to effectively handle the workload. You have an option to either raise staffing at this pharmacy or to find a way to manage the incoming calls.

Service continues to decline here. Picked up my two items without ever seeing an employee anywhere. Went to the registers to pay, there was only one open, and there was nobody there. I waited a minute before going to the self checkouts. Naturally there was an issue, things happen, so I waited. And waited. Waited while one customer finished up and another completed a full transaction at the self checkout next to me. No one came by to help, so at that point I left. Found out later that CVS wants everyone only using the self checkout. Their already poor customer service takes another hit.

I don’t visit this place but they are partners with CVS CAREMARK who provides medication through Neighborhood Health Plan. I use White Cross pharmacy as they deliver my monthly supply of prescription medications by computer.\\n\\nMy doctors all use White Cross pharmacy and they write my prescription’s digitally from their laptop directly to White Cross while I’m in the office and by 4-5 o’clock my meds arrive in blister packs.\\n\\nThere is no need to go out. I recently used CVS for my Covid medication as White Cross doesn’t provide Paxlovid , an anti viral. They do pick up or delivery. Convenient to home.

I will never go back to this CVS store ever again! The pharmacy is the most unorganized, rude and non functioning buisness I have ever seen. The clerks aare down right rude. It takes you days to get a perscription filled! Stay AWAY for this store!
