I don't even know where to start. CVS has turned into the worst experience ever. They could care less about customer service and needs. It's all about how much money Karen Lynch the CEO can make. As soon as our prescriptions are finally ready we will be switching.

I waited behind one car in the drive thru for TWENTY FIVE minutes the other night!!!! Absolutely absurd! You might as well close it like you normally do if this is the best you can do! There is NO excuse for this lack of service.

I grew up loving CVs as it is a local corporation however after the last few years it has gotten more and more challenging to deal with them including waiting in lines and lack of customer service. My recent experience has disgusted me beyond belief. My daughter is a type 1 diabetic and had a new prescription for an insulin pump she was waiting weeks to get approved from the doctor and insurance company, when she got the approval she called to see if the pharmacy had it (Cumberland Mendon rd) and they did not have it so they recommended that she go to the Attleboro, MA store. She went to pick up the script on July 1 and they only had a small amount so they said they would order it and she could get it on July 5. When my daughter called them in July 5 they told her they didn't get it and she would have to call other CVS to find it herself. After many calls and one CVS that had another small portion I called the corporate office. The person. I called the first time didn't listen very well and I had to tel the story twice. They finally understood and said they called the Cumberland pharmacy and asked them to order it and told me to have my daughter call again the next Monday: when my daughter called to find out if it was in nobody knew what she was talking about. I called the corporate number again and the person said she found my complaint from the week before and then called the Cumberland pharmacy herself and told me they don't know what we are talking about. I told her someone needs to help. How are we supposed to get the rest of the prescription? She was useless and didn't offer any help. I asked her to send me to her supervisor and she didn't want to do that either which left me with no help so I hung up. Thankfully I was referred to a friends pharmacist in Swansea Ma. Jill (the pharmacist) too my cal and listener to the whole story and jumped on to action. She figured out that I would need to be refunded for part of the prescription and had another pharmacy get that ready for me and told me she had the rest of the prescription. She called me right back after looking through everything. I don't know what I would have done if she didn't step in and help. Her professionalism and care is rare and I am thankful for her.

I have decided not to give my business to companies that could care less about their customers. In my opinion, a company in the healthcare business that could not fill a script 3x in a row because my prescription is on backorder? 30 days later, it happened again. So I called their customer relations line and was told the regional supervisor would call me by the end of the day. That was 4 days ago. I called Rite Aid and Walgreens to ask how to transfer my scripts over. Both locations said they have been getting many calls from previous CVS customers for similar reasons. For the smart ones, I'm sure you get my point. My entire family as well as my parents have pulled our business out of CVS. CVS does not care and neither do I. Take your business to companies that take care of the customer, not ignore them. UPDATE 6/26 Still no call from regional supervisor 'Michael'. I wish I had his last name to post on here so that all can see what a great job this guy is doing.

Doctor writes script. Pharmacy fills script in wrong form of medication despite the fact that the script says to fill in one form only. Despite the fact that they filled it in a different form from what was ordered by the doctor had to get a new script issued by the doctor, go to another one of their pharmacies, and pay for a second script. And also lie about the fact that the medicine does not come in the form ordered by the doctor even though I called to verify and it shows it on their web page. I tell this to the pharmacist and they say that is impossible.

Just another CVS however there is only 1 kid that works here who is really friendly everyone else is rude. Also the pharmacy has TWICE given me the WRONG meds, I mean seriously how on earth do you do that. They gave me meds for blood pressure and not asthma. I got a call saying not to take it that they gave me someone else's and mixed up the names. They also lost my husband's meds that he filled and they couldn't find it and he had trouble getting a refill. This CVS has dropped the ball so bad I switched to rite aid, haven't had an issue since.

What can I really say about CVS that you don't already know? Honestly, nothing. It's CVS. They have lots of things for you to buy and many locations from you to buy them from. I can say that this location has an excellent pharmacy staff. I am on a daily medication that my health insurance decided to stop covering at the start of this year. The pharmacy manager has worked with me every time I need it refilled and makes sure I get the most discounts available to help ease the cost. If you need a Red Bull and some Band-Aids they're good for that but they're also good for excellent pharmacy service as well.
