Yes, very good cleaners, but they need to update their hours on the website and online. This is the second time I came to pick up stuff and they were closed, assuming that the website updated for longer hours!

Dropped off my oversized comforter in a bag to be washed on the 13th of November. The woman working said it would be ready by the 18th and that she would call me. She never called. I assumed that she just forgot to call me. I went there today on Nov. 25th assuming that it would definitely be all set. She said that they hadn't gotten to it yet, but maybe they could this week. I told her that I needed it and would just figure out how to wash it myself. She then took the comforter still in my bag, tossed it on the floor in front of me and turned away from me not saying anything. Poor, inexcusable customer service. I will never go back.

Went there today and I won’t be back. Customer service was horrible. The older lady that works there needs to be fired, she’s very rude.

I dropped off my queen size comforter on 3/4/19. I got a receipt saying it would be ready on 3/8/19 but was told they would call me when it was ready. Considering my coat was done and they never called, I went in about 10 days later. I was told it wasn’t done yet, but to try back the next day. I waited until 3/19/19 to try again. It was still sitting in a ball in back. I told the woman I wanted it back and asked why it wasn’t even touched yet. Her response was “it’s a comforter and we get to it when we get to it”. Then I proceeded to ask why it’s 3 times what I pay for a king comforter at another dry cleaner and she tells me “maybe you should keep using them then”. Worst service. Outrageous pricing and a complete waste of time. Go elsewhere. $46.95 for a queen comforter when I pay $15.99 for a king comforter. Terrible business.

Not only are they the most expensive I have ever used, but the woman or manager was the rudest ever. She was disrespectful and miserable. I would advise anyone not to use this cleaner. Let’s teach the owner a lesson that the customer chooses to do business with them, not the other way around. And based on the other posts, I am not the only person that has encountered her wrath!

The "manager" lori was disrespectful and dishonest on top of rude and horrific. Took my elderly aunts coat on Nov 7, promised to have it dry cleaned and ready for November 10th, however as of this morning Dec 2nd, the coat was unclean and she reported needed to "defuzed "by a special machine. She said every dry cleaned coat needs to be defuzed, process takes 1hr with her special machine and she has not had time in 3weeks to honor her contract with my elderly aunt and won't do it today either. I had to pay almost 18.00 ransom before she would release the coat. Upon inspection it was not clean, had my Aunt s hair on it no fresh look or scent....also no tag of task completion stapled inside.!!! "Manager " Lori said no boss or owner just an investor that she did not care to share....No respect, dishonest scam treatment was our experience..P.S. Sign in front window advertising Same Day Service!!! Outrageous!!!! "Manager " was horrible and the complained to me that she was alone....dishonest to contract for a service when you know you have no intention or ability to honor!!! Then charge for a service when you know you did not honor!
