East Side Clinical Laboratory has a pleasant staff that is polite and organized, with a system of writing down names and taking numbered tickets. Although wait times were initially slow due to busy periods and staff training, they have improved recently with faster processing. Overall, the staff is great, and the experience is positive despite occasional delays during busy times.
Smelled like pot which I think is pretty gross and lacks class.

Pleasant staff. They have you write your name down & you take a numbered ticket. Not like other labs that use the honor system. I will be back : )

Staff were polite/ great however there was one tech who was basically taking care of the entire place and training someone at the same time which made wait time a little bit . Otherwise they were great as always ..
