This place was so clean & the staff went above and beyond!! We were not how long we needed the unit. But the gentleman who set us up let us know that there would be a price increase after three months so we opted to save money and extend our lease for a year!! The other gentleman who assisted us when we checked out, made it so easy!! it’s a very clean and very secure facility to keep anything you need there would definitely recommend

I had a fantastic experience renting a storage unit here for several months. Dave, the site manager, and Jim, the assistant manager, were both incredibly honest and professional. The facility was impeccably clean, and they were always quick to return my calls. I was particularly impressed with their commitment to customer safety and the security of stored items. The site is very well-monitored with security cameras. I accidentally left my key in the lock once, and they contacted me immediately. Their attentiveness was remarkable. Overall, the service was excellent, and I would absolutely rent from them again.

I found this place online because I needed a place for my trailer , as we are moving to Cumberland. They made it so easy to sign up, online, and pick my spot myself.
Once I got there with my trailer, I was amazed on how clean the property was, and how the place is totally fenced in.
I know my stuff will be safe here and encourage you to store your stuff here!!

Office staff has Great customer service super friendly. The company does slowly raise your price every few months which is completely annoying. You start off with a low reasonable price and then every few months it will go up.

First, let me say the employees at extra space storage in Cumberland were fantastic. The 2 star review has no reflection on them. The storage facility was super clean, has many security cameras, and it was very secure.
I Stored my RV with them for 18 months. The first 12 months was an introductory price of $122 , Which I prepaid for a year. Then it went up $60 a month to $182 a month. That lasted six months until I recently received a notice
that they were going up another hundred dollars to $282 a month. I decided to look elsewhere and I found a place for $110 a month.
That was the only reason why I left.

We used this facility to store our sons’ dorm items during the summer. From move-in to move-out, customer service was amazing! See you next summer.

This is a nice, clean and secure facility. The units come in many sizes. I have been a customer now going on 7 years and am very happy with my experience. The staff is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

If you're planning to stay more than two months, forget it! They'll charge you more, way more. The place is fine but if I'd known that they would increase so much ($100 more +tax) in such a short time (no more than 3 months), I would never have rented the space. The only "solution" they give you when you're getting the rental is to pay in advance to keep the price but that just help them not the customer. Just imagine if you're planning more than a year, no way. I'm done. My recommendation: find somewhere else, the place itself is good but the marketing strategy is an awful nonsense. it doesn't worth it.
