Let’s Party made my backyard party absolutely beautiful! They came and set up the tent a day in advance, which made setting up the day of completely flawless. They also created the most stunning balloon arch and bundles of balloons to perfectly match our theme. They were easy to contact and made sure everything was exactly as I wanted it!

I have used this business for several events . Always a wonderful experience. Today when I picked up my chairs the employees helped me load my them into my car . It was greatly appreciated because I was alone . I will continue to use them for future business . It’s nice to see such helpful people with great customer service .

Let's Party has been a game changer for our family! for over a decade, they have provided everything from side show acts to the best blow up entertainment. I think we've rented everything they have- never disappointed. They take the time to make sure everything is safe, and they are also punctual. it's a pleasure working with Russell and Lexi. They make events fun and less stressful on the adults! I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have a fun time, parties or family events!

We are from CT and ordered tables/chairs and linens for a grad party we were hosting in RI. Furniture was delivered and linens were missing. They did send someone back out to deliver the linens and much to my surprise… most were stained, 1 had a large burn hole in it and the rest were all wrinkled. By the way, they charge the customer for any stained linens and he was ready to charge me for the stained and damaged items he provided me. I showed him pictures and he ended up compensating me for 3 of the linens but not the rest. When Russell (owner) came out to pick up the items, he implied that I swapped out 2 of his tables for 2 other ones. There is no way we did any such thing, as we don’t live in RI and were renting the house. The home we rented did not provide any tables. Russell eventually accepted 1 on the tables in question, however refused the other one. He ended up charging me for 1 replacement table, which I am not happy about at all. He was rude and condescending. I would NOT recommend this business at all.

We had our wedding back in April. Amazing company, family owned. Everyone was very respectful. There were no problems with delivery. It was on time for both drop off and pick up. Driver was a great kid. We rented chairs and tables. There were no equipment failures or anything wrong with the items we rented. Amazing prices and I shopped around this was the best deal with 10 miles. 100% would rent from this place for future events.

I've used let's party for my personal and my business functions for years. They are professional, reliable and reasonable. I can call Russell or Lexi anytime with a question and they get back to me promptly. I will always support Mom and pop businesses. Give them a try for your next function your won't be disappointed.

I'd advise using another company. The tent arrived and it was in poor condition. It had grass clippings stuck to the interior of the tent. It was filthy and looked as though it has never been washed. Straps were broken and hanging. Windows on the tent had holes in them. To top it off when they came to pick up the tent (earlier than agreed upon) the "operations manager" was extremely intoxicated. My guests were alarmed at his demeanor. The icing on the cake was that the guys then proceeded to hit one of my guests vehicles with their truck. My guest decided to take care of the scratches himself because he felt sorry for the kids who seemed nervous to call their boss. He just wanted to hit the road because our guest was from out of state and it was late and he didn't want to have to wait for them to get a hold of the boss. I'd suggest finding another rental company.

Terrible Business. Owner was extremely rude and unhelpful. I received quotes with multiple mistakes and then the owner blamed me for not noticing the mistakes. Don't waste your time and money.

My experience was excellent from beginning to end. Russ recommended the exact right type of tent for our event. The day of the party started with downpours and ended with hot sun. The whole time my guests were comfortable. The set up and breakdown were efficient and on time. I will be back!

Great service. Rented chairs and table for Christmas Eve party, received items 12/23 cleans and intact. Picked up was 12/26 prompted. Worker over the phone was polite and straight to the point, answers all questions and worries appropriately. Prices were decent as well.
