I’m very satisfied with Lincare they have great service and having stage 4 fibrosis of the lungs there portable tanks keep me alive. With out Lincare I wouldn’t be here . They have everything you need to help you through your lung disease. Very happy

My review concerns one particular employee of Lincare. His name is Michael. It is because of his recent visit to my home to service my oxygen concentrators and to replace a broken connector that I am giving a 5 star review, and he is the only reason. I’ve had other Lincare employees come out and no one (by far) does the commendable job that he does. His service is above and beyond when compared to my views of the company as a whole. I hope that those in power reward him for his dedication and service to those of us that require medical help that fall under the purview of Lincare.

This has been a fiasco for well over a year. It took 7 months to get an appointment. Finally, I got a machine.
I called 3 days later to tell them I wanted a different mouthpiece. I never received a call back from Lincare.
I started getting collection calls instead. They wanted me to pay $450 for equipment I wasn't using.
On April 29th Lincare agreed to come to my house and pick up the equipment. They never showed up. Now I've had 2 additional debt collectors calling.
I am going to bring this equipment back today. Hopefully they will call off the debt collectors.

I picked up my new cpap machine yesterday at the Cumberland, RI location. It is state of the art and a tremendous improvement over what I was using. The tech, Melissa, who I had the appointment with was courteous, knowledgeable, and competent. My impression was she had a genuine concern about my health. Overall, the visit exceeded my expectations. Melissa is an asset to the Lincare team.

Worst place to deal with
Took me six weeks to get a nebulizer
They never had the correct paperwork is what they said..
My PCP made 8 phone calls!!
Will never use then again!!

If you have any other choice for cpap equipment, pick someone else. lincare is NOT worth it

The best thing about Lincare are the folks who come to the house and take care of the deliveries/pick-ups. My father has been on oxygen for 8+ years, and with Lincare the whole time. Michael and Anthony have been great. They go out of their way to accommodate my Dad. We went through some challenging times recently and, as always, Anthony and Michael were there to help. Thanks guys! -- the Gaebe family
