I just got a delivery today that was supposed to be yesterday, for some reason there was a mix up in the office say I never called, but would make a special delivery today. Well the gentleman that delivered my tanks today, Tony was so awesome. I was so impressed with him. My five stars are for him not for the office I would give them a 2 or 3.

The delivery man wasn’t okay. He was really made because I called him to come back fix the bed because he placed the wheels wrong and my mom was going to fall off the bed. He just kept dropping the bed to damage it. Notice there are other parts that are damaged as well. I didn’t like the way he treated us and he also left the trash for us to get rid of it [boxes and plastics)

Literally the worst medical supplier in Rhode Island lol the customer service is absolute garbage, they will bill regardless if the service you needed was provided & forget about having your machine serviced. Do yourself & your health a favor & go anywhere else but here.

Prompt, courteous service and the staff go above and beyond what one would normally expect. Even when the answer is not what you would like because of medical rules and regulations , they offer assistance in solving your problem. Their primary concern is assisting their clients to a attain a satisfying and beneficial solution.

Lincare drivers are the bestThey always kind and courteous and offer assistance any way they can. Shout out to Kerry who is always so sweet. The people answering the phones and the supply they is a different story. The phone reps are always telling you different things and since my delivery day is Friday they are usually out of inventory in which case, depending on the rep., I have to wait until the following week to get the size tank I need. If I had a choice I would change companies.

Lincare Cumberland has been providing me O2 now for almost 2 years. The people are very professional, friendly and compassionate. They are also always trying to improve and the service each time I need supplies seems better than the last. I can always count on Kerry. Thank you to all.

My uncle has been with lincare for 2 years and has been very happy with the lincare service since being assigned a technician named Kari .....he also has had the other techs come and was very pleased then as well and doesn't have the issues he had with the previous company. It's comforting knowing he feels at ease in the last chapter of his life. Thank you

Need a repair? Need to return equipment? Need supplies? LinCare is horrible. They show up unannounced, expect customer to drop everything and be thankful they are at your door. A simple call or scheduling would go a long way. If you are not home, they blame you. Huh? Did not know you were coming.

My mom has her Oxygen set up threw this company. We had a house fire and she needed a replacement. They have replaced her machines with a none working one. I called today to get it fixed. The rude women who answered the phone has no customer service skills. Her attitude was unfriendly and the way she handled the call was unprofessional. I am looking for a different company bc this is unacceptable. Eben Red cross had difficulty dealing with them

if they tell you that in 8 weeks you can get a portable oxygen concentrator by just having your doctor fill out a complicated note, laugh at them because it is a lie. they have about eight other criteria that qualifies a person for a portable oxygen concentrator. and they will lie. so good luck because you're probably already disqualified in their eyes.

I had a very bad experience with this company, and was going back and fourth between lincare and my pulmonologist office for my paper work for two months, and the pulmonologist office has records of them resending my paper work, the head supervisor of lincare was very disrespectful and unprofessional. And long story short I never got my appliances and im a high level of sleep apnea.
