I never really leave reviews but I have to say that this salon is amazing! I came here to have my nails fixed after going to a different salon and really disliking how the old ones came out, and I seriously got saved here. I absolutely love how my nails came out, the girl doing my nails was also so nice. You can tell they really care for their customers too! I can’t wait to go back for my next set :)

I went in for just a gel removal, I had never been here before. At first view, it's very glamorous looking compared to other nail salons. I sat down, and the technician started wiping the nail crumbs from a previous service. I could see her equipment on her side filled with nail clippers, and other instruments. There was no sterilization fluid anywhere, the long table I sat at was empty, it full of nail remnants. If you don't see instruments sitting in a blue Barbacide fluid b very weary.

What a beautiful place ❤️ so friendly and cute! Nick did my nails and I’m in love with them! He did such a great job with the shape and everything! 10/10 recommend!

When I go to the nail salon it’s to relieve stress—not to be more stressed out. I called and was told a certain service was $30, when I get there it’s $35 plus an additional $5. $10 more than what I was told over the phone. I told the lady that it wasn’t a problem that I just had to go to my car and get the rest cause I expected what she said on the phone. Why was this lady arguing with me in front of everyone about what she did and didn’t say?! Like I’m not gonna make that up! So I said again “it’s no big deal—I just have to go to my car to get the rest—but you def said $30”. Idc. You’re not gonna shut me down with your lies ever. That pissed me all the way off. I feel like I should have left then, but I didn’t. I tried to go get the cash but she told me I can get it when I’m done. You already know the was talking massive junk directly after in their language. RUDE AF. But it’s cool… I stayed and got my service done. As I am drying, I was already thinking “leave your keys and phone so they don’t think you’re going to walk out when you get the money”. The lady didn’t even wait 5 minutes before she came up to me and said “you gonna pay what you got now and go get the last $10?” Frustrated me cause they already said when I was done I can grab the extra $10 that they scammed out of me. If she would have told me the correct price on the phone—I feel like I wouldn’t be so annoyed with this situation and then the mistreatment after—AND one of my nails was smudged out. They didn’t deserve a tip but I’m not even that evil. Should have given a flat $40. I decided that I’m just never going back there.

one of my favorite nail salons! It is very calm in there, very friendly, I’ve already brought my best friend, mom, sister in law. Lucy is such a sweetheart she’s there 6 days a week!

I was on the hunt for a new nail tech when a number of people recommended Luxury Nails & Spa.. I am now a dedicated client. I receive countless compliments on both my nails and toes. The salon space is always clean, the staff is always gentle and friendly. I have even brought my daughter in for her nails and they were super professional and patient with her. There are so many selections for colors and add-ons for your nails..
If you’re not booking with Luxury, you are missing out!!

I will never have my nails done here again. The guy was juggling between two of us and was clearly rushing. I told him I wanted my nails cut and he never cut them. I told him I was concerned about how he was going do them and he said it’s the same as what I usually get. Well it’s not and I know have a crack across the middle of my nail that continues to bleed. The are so fragile, I’m afraid this will happen to another one. I definitely paid too much for them and now I am losing money because I will need them done again. I don’t live in RI but when there while I was in RI so it’s not like I will just drive back and have them fix them

I love this salon!? I have tried every one in town and either I have to wait a long time when I clearly made an appointment or I’m sitting there for two hrs! NEVER HAPPENS HERE A LUXURY NAILS! I love my nails long and they never break or chip! Gel is the way to go! Reasonably priced and always perfect! Full set of gel nails in just under an hour, and the fill is right to the cuticle, unlike everywhere else. I always get a little longer before the next fill here! Same with my peti, a much longer massage too! Stop trying other places, this is my forever nail salon! Great job Lucie?

Terrible service , lady was not smiling and was getting mad when asked to fix a nail that was sideways, terrible paint job and each nail were different shapes . Did my daughter toes and it smudged and didn’t fix paint for her and I still paid 100$ won’t go there again .

I went to get a pedicure and came out with a bloody toe and no pedicure. The technician who helped me was in a bad mood. From the beginning she started to get angry. When I asked her about nail polish colors for a French pedicure, she pretended not to understand what I was telling her. She started speaking in her language to the other technician, and it sounded like she was angry. Then she started cleaning my toes a little rough and cut one of my big toes with the nail clippers. After cleaning my toe and putting alcohol on it, she continued cleaning. I told her I was leaving, and she charged me $35 (I was there less than 20 minutes - bloody toe - No Pedi). I paid and left the place. I do not recommend it
