I had taken a bow of silence for the month of October, and I had a card I had previously typed out explaining what I was doing, which I proudly gave to the lady at the desk. With my Spanish speaking mom, and my mute self, it was difficult to interact. Yet with the help of the staff, specifically the lady at the front desk (whose name I could not ask for), my mom was able to be satisfied with the service rendered and the attention provided to her.
