My sister and I came to this store to get a bottle of white wine for a Father’s day gathering as a favor to our mom, and we were denied. The woman with brown hair and bangs (a bit of a “Karen” haircut) asked for my sister’s ID, she is 19. When I said she was underage, she mockingly said, “Well then you can’t buy this,” and laughed in our faces. I clarified I was the one purchasing, and the woman laughed again, saying, “Then she should’ve stayed in the car,” in an extremely condescending tone. When I asked if it would’ve been okay if she had come in with our mom, she laughed again and said, “You’re not her mother so that doesn’t matter.”
This woman was rude, entitled, and condescending simply because we were unaware of a rule. We had no issue with the rule itself, it’s not like this lady made it up, but we have never seen it enforced and were confused. We have an issue with how this woman handled the situation. There was absolutely no need for her to speak to us with so much entitlement and attitude for such a simple situation. My whole family frequents this store, but we’ve all decided to start going somewhere else to avoid this unpleasant woman.

Shopped in there today as I have many times before - when I was rang up I noticed the posted price was a dollar less than what I was charged - when I asked I was brushed off like so what - this isn't about the 1$ this is about being treated like an idiot for pointing it out - which I was .
There are other liquor stores not far that charge 4$ - 5$ less for the same bottle - I will continue to shop there instead of your establishment - you should train your cashier's to not be so blasah to customers - I'm sure they've been there forever - which sometimes means they don't care
