This place is great!! Trevor went above and beyond to fix my axle seal on my 2500 dodge ram. Nobody else would take job and I was recommended to Northtec by a friend. Trevor was upfront honest and called me every step of way as long as northtec is in business they have a customer right here.

Very fast, very friendly service as always! Had a state inspection scheduled for 10:00 am. Arrived at 9:50, back on the road by 10:15! Northtek is the local garage you can trust!

I moved and went somewhere different than northtek and I regret it 109% I now make the 35 minute drive to get serviced by these guys. Friendly, honest and better than the rest!!! Highly recommend

Guy was rude of the phone trying to make me feel stupid and there lift ruined my alignment could have passed me on inspection tried to sell me tires after driving a week my tires were bald because of the unaligned tires

EDIT TO REVIEW: While I've had several good interactions with Northtek, this past week I had a poor experience that has stuck with me enough to come back and update this review down to 2 stars from 5. I'm not sure if I was dealing with a newer employee or just someone I haven't met yet, but the gentleman that handled my routine oil change came off incredibly condescending and rude, typical talk down to a female in a auto-shop vibe - which is NOT what I have experienced here before (and why I loved it!). After inspecting my car he identified that I need new brakes and tires, no problem - I want this type of info which is why I take my car to a place like this and not Valvoline for oil changes. Obviously I wasn't prepared to do all this same day so when I picked my car up I wanted to ask a few questions about process for getting this service work scheduled - without getting into specifics, the gentleman was simply rude, acting as if me asking questions was an inconvenience to him, he was unhelpful and clearly didn't want me to book the work with him even though I really wanted to keep these services within Northtek. I left the whole interaction feeling so belittled. My husband and a friend had noted when they've called Northtek before they were treated rudely over the phone, my guess is they were talking to this guy. It's really unfortunate, I loved having a solid auto shop nearby with kind/honest employees - no longer as I am finding a new shop to do this work.--OLD REVIEW:I had a great experience here today! Due to my poor planning I was in a real pinch to get an inspection sticker - Matt was able to fit me in and was incredibly friendly and helpful. The whole crew was great and efficient and straightforward with pricing. I will certainly be back!
