Rude nail tech. She was not helpful on explaining shapes of nails. I don’t normally get my nails so I asked the difference between to common nail shapes and she rudely said “the shape is just different what do you want me to do. Look it up yourself”. When I told her the only nail that had a tip on it was crooked she told me that wait till the polish is on and it will look better so I trusted her. Once it was done it was still crooked and she told me it was my finger and no way she glued the tip crooked. She wouldn’t fix it because she said it was my finger even though all of my natural nails were perfectly straight. I would never go here again she was more then rude.

was very judgmental. talked about me badly to other workers, sloppy work. polish all over fingers, messed up on the shape that I showed him. I showed him square and he gave me almond and when I asked for the original shape that I had she charged me extra. I was charged $85 for square nails, and French tips.

Absolutely loved our experience at Perfect Nails! The salon is super clean, professional, and has such a friendly and welcoming vibe. My daughter and I were in a bit of a bind, needing last-minute appointments before a trip we were totally unprepared for—and they came through for us without hesitation. They were so accommodating and kind, and we never once felt like an inconvenience.
Vivian and Win were our nail techs and they were both amazing! So talented, patient, and made us feel completely taken care of. We walked out feeling relaxed, polished, and vacation-ready. Can’t thank them enough! Highly recommend! 💅✨

Vivian was amazing, she took us in an hour before close and stayed a little extra after close to make sure my daughter’s nails were perfect. My daughter’s exact words are “I guess this is why she works at Perfect Nails because these are perfect!”
