Great local bakery with breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Plenty of indoor seating and nice seasonal outdoor seating as well.

Great bakery for a morning stop off or for some midday pastry. Fantastic gluten free items (if you can get them before they sell out, best to call ahead)

Went in for an ice tea and baked good. Asked for a small glass of water. Ice tea was mostly ice. Scone was ok , not like they used to be. Ice water- - they now charge 50 cents for a small water. Really! Great way to lose customers. Better go to Briggs where they gave a water dispenser out with small glasses and prices are better

Pastry was delicious,However they gave me something other than I ordered and I didn't want to correct them after already making the wrong drink .Cute place.....wish they had more of a "gift" shop with local artisans.

This place used to be spot on with their coffee and baked goods. The decor inside was like stopping in a place somewhere in New Hampshire. Some years ago they added a variety of sandwiches and since then they have lost their way with the variety of baked goods, and the quality of those baked goods. Coffee has seemed to change as well. This place is still popular with loyal customers and its one of those place that we still want to love "BUT" sadly as far as foodies thisplace suffers " all good things come to an end".

Pastries are great- no complaints about the pastries that I have tried. Over the past year, I have been attending Phantom Farms, and unfortunately feel my most recent experiences have been increasingly more disappointing. They would up charge your drink for asking for a lid, if they could. Be prepared to pay an extra $.30 for whipped cream the batista forgets to include. Long wait times and no apologies for mistakes or thank you's for your patience. The displays are cute & well done, but decor gets dusty before turnover and prices are too high on pretty much everything.Best bear claws around though. Will be back for more pastries.

My father and I love going here. Their coffee is always excellent and there’s always a nice selection of muffins, pies, etc. It’s so cozy and everyone is very nice, even though it’s super busy which says a lot. I’m sure they have to deal with all types of people that have no patience. There’s a nice spot to sit inside and outside if you have time, and plenty of parking. Lots of fun knick knacks to look at while you wait for your orders. Handicap accessible ramp out front, which I love to see! Not a lot of mom and pop places think of those details.

This place use to be the go to for the muffins coffee and pies , but since they changed hands it was never the same. The muffins are so dry and do not taste like they use to. The pies are not filled like they had been before. So disappointing.

Phantom Farms is all around one of the absolute gems of Cumberland! There is so much my family and I love about this place, but what inspired me to write this review today is their incredible GLUTEN FREE scones (cinnamon chip is my favorite). Recently they added gluten free chocolate chip cookies and, after trying one last week, I am hooked. Best gluten free chocolate chip cookie I’ve tasted so far in my 11 years of being gluten free. This review is to share the wealth with my gluten free fam! Thank you Phantom Farms for the amazing atmosphere & gluten free offerings!

pastries and coffee were great. I come in often but today the tensions in the cafe were quite high... I understand that it was a little busy, but the lady in charge was clearly very stressed. Sad to see the upbeat positive business I'm used to get so gloomy... Last year they were busy but still full of joy... hope everyone can bring the moral back up.

Feeling really sad about this place. For over 50 years - the whole time we've lived in Cumberland - this was THE place to go for first apples, later pies and treats, then gifts..... And you could always count on getting the best muffins around, excellent pastries and other killer baked goodies.Since the turnover, everything has slowly slid down to mediocre. On our last trip there we discovered the muffins are over sweet and gummy, anything made with laminated dough (bear claws, cinnamon twists, etc) are soggy and again both overly sweet with oddly little flavor, those cinnamon twists have ZERO cinnamon flavor, the danish were oddly both soggy and with hard as a rock bottoms..... There wasn't a single thing in the $80.00 order that was tasty. Last year we would have been fighting over the last crumb - this year that experience has fallen to the squirrels. And the people who used to work there were SO friendly and helpful. Now, everyone is polite, but that's it - polite. Mostly. I wasn't thrilled about getting a giant eyeroll when I asked for a cup insulator and I wasn't the only one who that happened to (I waited 10 minutes for my order to be put together).I suppose every place has its time in the sun and for Phantom Farms, I guess 73 years is it for this place.
