Had a flat tire on 146 south in the evening when I had my kids in the car. AAA had me call 911 which dispatched Sheas to come help. Trevor showed up and had our donut on in less than 10 mins. Thanks Sheas and Trevor!

i had quite the pickle. somehow my 2008 VW Rabbit traveled across a large yard, missing a dumpster, flat land, bushes, + trees. It ended up over a ledge, stuck in thickly overgrown woods. AAA tow arrived and laughed at me. I called SHEA's; the receptionist, Arianna, was wonderful and helpful. James was out in 30 minutes. He went through all of my options. He was careful to be thorough with the impact and risks of all options. The wrecker option became too expensive for me. And would damage my car. which somehow only had damage to the passenger mirror. Nothing else. I was stuck. James suggested i clear out the trees + brush/briar patches perpendicular. Then he would come back and get the truck to pull me from that direction. Luckily he worked the Saturday two days later. Text - even pics - do not relay the incline, the stumps, the rocks - the ordeal this situation was. James was friendly, helpful, funny, motivated. He went above and beyond. Arianna was on Saturday as well and was very positive and friendly. And the price was extremely reasonable. I am sure others would have priced it higher. Thank you James and all of Shea's Towing.

When I found myself stuck on the highway with an unexpected tire blowout, I called Shea's Towing. They were very helpful right from the get go! The driver arrived within 30 minutes and he was able to get me to my destination quickly. Never experiencing this before, I was very impressed! They made me feel comfortable in an uneasy situation, and the pricing was very reasonable. If you are ever in need, I highly recommend Shea's!!

These people were great to work with! I was out of state, but needed a car towed from a residence in Lincoln to a mechanic in CF. The communication from the dispatcher and the driver was excellent and unexpected. Everybody I talked to was super friendly and the job was done very quickly. The price was also very reasonable. I will definitely call Shea's again if I ever need a tow.

I was stranded they explained to me that they would be there in 40minutes they arrived in 30minutes the guy that towed me had a good attitude towed me to a charging station right there in wrentham ma I would use them from now on they are better than Triple AAA

I had to have my truck Towed from Cumberland to Framingham because AAA refused for a number reasons and excuses.. over a 24 hour period AAA i initiated 4 tows with a pre authorized unattended tow meaning i didn't have to be there, all 4 of the drivers came by and drove off each with their own excuse not to pick it up and not communicating with me only to have to call the main number to find out the tow was cancelled, after the 4 th attempt in 24 hours i called Shea's trucking and spoke to Stephane who was an angel to me . I gave her my info and within 30 minutes the truck was on its way to Framingham. James the driver was awesome, Professional and personable. I felt comfortable that my truck was in safe hands and it would get to its final destination Thank you Stephanie and James for your professional service Tom Gio
