They recommended a new bumper, and the work came out looking brand new. They also found a crack inside the trunk area that I hadn’t noticed—and fixed it perfectly. “Brought my vehicle down there twice for repairs. Both times I had no issues with their service. The first time I had them put in a condenser for my AC. They had to take out the dash board to do the job.when I picked up the vehicle it didn't even look like the dash board was removed and had ice cold air for the summer. Second time I had my fluids replaced in transfer case, rear axle and transmission fluid... No leaks.. they may be a bit pricey but they do excellent work.. thank you Grove St.”
“North Providence Collision Center went above and beyond in every way possible. My insurance company did not make things easy for them, or for me. Rather than take it out on me, NPCC took VERY GOOD care of me. They went out of their way to NOT leave me High and Dry.
Office Manager Lisa, always prompt, pleasant, and helpful. Even got things cleared up on the Insurance's end a few times. When it was all said and done, my 6 y/o car came back looking Showroom-Fresh. Can't thank the NPCC folks enough.”

“I was rear ended and chose Coastal Collision on recommendation. I am so glad I did. Not only is the staff great and patient, the detailing job they did on my SUV was fantastic! They even cleaned inside my headlights! Most importantly, I had a Wall-e decal on the lift gate of my trunk which was going to be replaced and we joked that it probably couldn’t be saved. I figured I’d just buy it again. However, when I picked up my car the sticker was there! They had gone out of their way to find it on Amazon and apply it! Simply amazing, talk about going above and beyond. I was touched. Would recommend and will definitely go back (though I hope I don’t have to!)”

“I can't possibly overstate how fantastic my experience was with this business owner. I had a flat tire on Sunday and while changing the tire on my car, the jack collapsed. Anthony helped me on his own time, to solve the problem. He also told me to swing by the shop to make sure the tire was safely mounted. There was an issue with the rotor cover that I didn't notice until after I drove off on Sunday and it was a very loud noise from contact with the rotor. I took it to the shop today and it was fixed almost immediately. He wouldn't even take a payment. Obviously don't expect free work from the business owner, but how incredibly helpful and trustworthy this guy is speaks to the value of doing business there. I need some minor repairs to my car that I will surely have done there”

“I was in a bad accident last week, the local police called T&D and Brian came with flatbed. He's a very nice guy, helped me with some of my stuff in the car. I called later so I could get more things out of the car and spoke to the owner Derrick, who met me at the lot. “Couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Cristian Towing! After calling around found out they have a special tow truck just for super cars, low riders, antiques etc. This tow truck actually lowers and rises to properly accommodate for the transport of your vehicle. After being greeted professionally by the tow truck driver he proceeded to take some information down about my vehicle and then began to take pictures all around and under my vehicle. Loved the fact that he explained it was for accountability purposes and that he would take more pictures once the vehicle was dropped off just to document the safe and damage free transport. These drivers are very well trained as it was visibly noticed during the handling and transport of my vehicle. (I previously have had very bad experiences with other towing companies broken spoilers, scuffed up rims, scratches etc.) Loved that I was provided a digital receipt conveniently sent right to my cell phone. Inside the digital receipt I was able to view all the photographs taken of the vehicle. I would definitely highly recommend Cristian Towing to anyone in need of a tow 5 ⭐️ all day!!!Thank you Luis ????”

“Was trying to sell my 72 Cutlass and a potential buyer brought it to his mechanic and we found out the frame needed some serious work. Brought it to Mike's and he wouldn't give me an estimate since he didn't know how bad it was until he tore into it. Turned out there were 4 pretty bad spots, but a week later it was done, and he painted/sealed the entire frame. He also refurbed the gas tank, and sorted out some exhaust pipe issues. I will admit it was quite a bit more than I was expecting (would have been even more but he gave me a break on the labor hours...said it took 68 but only charged me for 50), but he did a great job and it looks fantastic under there! Next owner will have no worries...Service: Vehicle rebuilds”
