I had a problem with my Amazon return label and the person who helped me was great. He went out of his way to help me turn my 4 items even though I had a problem with my shipping label.

I had too notch service from April and Irene. I needed color programs and award certificates printed that morning. They identified that my program's graphic posed an issue and knew how to correct its background.

The people at this store are awesome. They go the extra mile to help out and make it feel like a small, community center store. I'm always in a rush, and sometimes mess up my label/packaging and they are always kind and helpful. Best UPS store ever!

The staff at this UPS location are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have visited the store over a dozen times. Each time the service is consistent. This is a stellar team that all sites should emulate.

Horrible customer service, two employees working during a busy season, not the smartest idea. However I can deal with wait times, I can’t deal with an employee rushing me about when I ask the same questions the 3 people in front of me asked. Rates time you know normal
questions anyone would ask in regards to shipping my 300$ worth of goods.
The man then proceeded to click and scroll on the pin pad telling me what options to select on MY package. I seriously had to shoo his hand away, he continued to touch the screen telling me how to get my reciept. I wanted a print out and email as it was for my client - said it was a bunch of trash no one wants- it was two papers and it actually had all the information I needed to confirm the things he typed in were correct! He was apologizing to the people behind me for me taking sooooo long- not longer or less than anyone in front of me took to confirm their information was correct and not overpaying for something to get shipped a cheaper way. He told me to review the information of where the package was going becuase he entered it into a computer- of course i’m going to read it considering he was rushing the whole time! If you feel like that maybe A hire more staff or B Get a new job if you dont have patience. Ba humbug !

My recent visit allowed me to complete three disparate tasks, laminate a grandchild’s math paper, buy printer paper and return an item to Amazon; all in about 10 minutes with service by cordial and competent staff.
