I arrived at this store yesterday at 7:38pm to find the doors locked but employees inside. As I stood at the door, one employee approached the door and opened it six inches and said "What do you want" I explained I need to do a trade in on my old phone. He told me the cash register was closed and it was company policy to lock the doors at 7:35 so they could count the drawer.
I have never experienced this type of customer service and I do not recommend supporting this store in anyway.

I just tried to upgrade my iPhone at the East Greenwich, RI AT&T store... past experiences have been positive... this trip not so... one employee (perhaps the manager) was interviewing someone for a job and told me I would be helped after that... 30 minutes past and the interview was not done... I left the store after contacting another AT&T store in the Warwick Mall who said I could come right in and be helped... the East Greenwich store appeared poorly lit, little or know product on display, and what was there was very disheveled looking... not a good look for the AT&T brand... I will not return to that store in the future...

I AM COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED WITH AT&T. I went to the store to buy 2 Apple Watches on installments, I talked to the store employees and they said they approved that they would only charge me the down payment. But when I got home, I saw that they deducted $1,849.98 which I thought was absurd and a great lack of respect for the customer, they didn't even ask for my authorization to charge the full price of the Apple Watches.

In store management is cool and helpful, so i can't ding them for the company they work for, But At&t itself is lacking greatly due to the company size and corporate environment my opinion At&t has definitely lost touch with The customer service experience. With my recent experience It has gone down the toilet . Make your own judgment.....

My husband and I needed assistance downloading edocs to our phones. Orion was super helpful! He also assisted in adjusting some apps that were troublesome. Thank you Orion!

Thanks to Isaiah and Evan I was able to understand my bill and get some accessories for my iPhone
