It carries lots of vegan products, including frozen and refrigerated vegan items, vegan meat, vegan cheese, vegan makeup, vegan chocolates, candy, and treats for holidays like vegan Easter, Christmas, and Halloween. The store also offers organic produce, often local, and a substantial selection of gluten‑free foods and supplements. Staff are very vegan knowledgeable and helpful, guiding customers to plant protein, protein powders, and natural supplements. The community values its presence and expertise.

I have patronized Back to Basics since its inception. Sad to have seen the original owners retire but glad it is still there. Good place for organic produce, gluten-free foods, and supplements.
